I scheduled a physical at the Elmhurst clinic because I wanted to get it done quickly and they had available docs and a lab on premise. The physical was fine, doctor was reasonably on time. My only issue is that is has been impossible to get a hold of anyone to get my results. Every time I call, Im put on hold. There is no way to transfer me directly to the docs office. So I’ve called and left 4 messages now and will be awaiting my results in snail mail, I guess. As much as I thought the doc was fine, I won’t be back. I can’t imagine how distressed I would be if there was really something wrong and I couldn’t get ahold of a doctor or nurse.
