I am so glad I bought a piece from this store! I really hate going to furniture stores and feeling like I’m getting pressured into sales, but I never felt that way in this store.
ALL of the staff that I came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. The sales representative who helped me had a very «no pressure» way of selling. I never felt rushed or pressured. She made me feel very comfortable when I asked questions, and never once made me feel like I was wasting her time in answering my questions. Even the delivery guys were awesome! They were very professional during the delivery and setup. They gladly returned to help take apart and reassemble my headboard so it was centered after I noticed it was off-​center and they had already left-​no questions, no attitude. Nothing but friendly and helpful!
The headboard itself is absolutely gorgeous and I am 100% satisfied with it so far! It is sturdy, elegant, and everything the sales representative said it would be.
Why am I not giving 5 stars? The expected delivery date for my headboard ended up being a bit later than I was originally told it would be. I thought since it was just the one piece it would be on time, which was a little bit frustrating. The other reason is because it was a bit hard to get a hold of my sales representative after the sale had gone through. I’m not sure if there were problems with the phones, but whatever the reason I could never get through to the operator or anyone else for that matter. Also, my emails went unanswered.
Overall, really positive experience buying from this store! Great staff all around, great sales (definitely keep an eye out for them)! I would definitely recommend giving this location a try if you are looking for quality furniture!

Re-​decorating can be daunting when it’s time to hit the stores for furniture reinforcements; especially the innate dread of being pounced on before you know you know what you want. I have found that going in with low or no expectations to speak of leaves me pleasantly surprised. The folks at the Carson’s Furniture place did that for me in spades!
It’s true; I stopped there out of the blue only to find great deals and a nice array of discounted items that got my very visual brain clicking, as well as a thoughtful and intuitive saleswoman who realized if she left me alone I would come back to her and her alone, when ready.
This showroom is fairly large and the room set up samples are very complete; a good range of colors for everyone’s palette, too. After sinking down in a comfy microfiber love seat; I found one even more comfy. Sold! A side chair to go with was a no brainer. Sold!
Not only did I find a fabulous work table for my office at home 40% off, but a couple of really pretty counter height chairs for my kitchen island. Sold! And my most fave piece; a little red oak rocker for the family room. Sold!
Not only did my stellar sales associate bubble wrap the island chairs herself for me; she hauled them out to the car and hoisted them in herself. I give the delivery teams 5 stars too; on time, neat, clean, polite, no muss, no fuss. What is not to love?
