If there were 6 stars, that is how I would rate them. I have worked with Brittany on a few projects and she has always gone above and beyond in terms of customer service. Most recently I failed to pick up a job before they closed on a Friday. They were not going to be open Saturday and I panicked because my event was Saturday evening. I emailed Brittany Friday night and she arranged to meet me at the store Saturday morning on her day off with her associate Rosemary to deliver my program booklets to me. WHODOESTHAT??? If this is how Blooming Colors trains their employees, they should add a consulting practice to train other businesses in providing superior customer service.
