Artistic Outdoor Lighting

I would like to share my experience with this business.
Mike the owner of the company comes and shows demo which is good, we signed up based on the demo. The rough patch starts as soon as you sign up for the service, installation of the cables is below average, they didn’t dig enough to bury the electrical wire, they have tucked the electrical cables in mulch… They didn’t use any plastic conduits, they just buried in mulch with some light dirt on it. My neighbor who took quotation from him ended up in going with another vendor.
Second phase of rough patch is customer service. I had to call multiple times to inquire when they are showing up for the service. They didn’t show up when an appointment is made. Mike is extremely disorganized when it comes to service calls, doesn’t make note of the service times and dates, just a blunt answer «we will be there when we can». I wish I could have not gone with this business for my outdoor landscape light needs.
