I sold my home last month, and University Realty made the process incredibly easy. Scott Stockdale and his team took care of the mundane details of the sale, I even had an offer the day it went up for sale! Scott was very knowledgeable about the trends in the market, and I felt comfortable asking him or Robin any questionsI had.

Finding and leasing an apartment through University Realty was easy and painless! They have a list of available and upcoming units for potential renters to take. If you see any that you’re interested in, you can get the keys and go look at it. It’s nice not having someone there over your shoulder while you’re walking through. Once I found the one that I wanted, it was as easy as submitting an application. We had the option to move in immediately. One great thing is that I am able to pay my rent online as well as schedule any maintenance requests online. I highly recommend University Reality to anyone looking to rent in the Loma Linda area!

This review is for the Notary services ONLY. Everyone was very nice, they greeted me kindly and offered me water upon arrival.— The number of stars has nothing to do with them personally, but just the lack of knowledge regarding notary. I suspect they only have experience with Real Estate Notary.(make’s sense) But I wanted to write a review to warn others to take heed if you need other things notarized. I needed a copy of my diploma notarized for working abroad and I took it here. Linda helped me,(once again she is very nice and this is nothing against her personally) however on a professional level, I felt that what happened is not acceptable. I had a slight hunch that she didn’t really know what she was doing when it came to notarizing the copy of my diploma, I had to instruct her to stamp and sign the diploma copy. which I felt was strange. However, I trusted her to know what she was doing. After getting my diploma«notarized» by Linda, I had to drive it out to downtown LA to get it an Apostille placed on it by the secretary of state department.(Yes that is two hours and half a tank of gas away) As everyone knows, the government has cut back a lot recently, so not only was the drive extremely far, but wait time was also excruciatingly long. They FINALLY call my number, and as they look over my documents, I was told«Your notary forgot to put her title after her name, I’m sorry but I can’t do anything for you» Confused. i asked them to clarify what exactly needed to be done. Simply put, Linda forgot to write«Notary public» after her name. My documents needed to be sent out with the apostille today! I never expected there to be a mistake on something that appeared to be so basic. I instantly called her and left a very desperate voicemail explaining the situation– she did call me back a few minutes later, but told me she was far from LA and couldn’t help me till tomorrow. There was no apology. Considering. all the time. gas. and inconvenience her mistake caused me, I was frustrated enough to take the time to write this review, in hopes that no one else ever has to go through this. It’ll be a long drive back to LA again tomorrow as well as a hefty international rush mail feel :( If notary is needed, I would recommend the mail services near Stater Brothers(off barton and mountain view) The man there knew exactly what he was doing, explained the different types of notary, and explained the kind I needed. The document I got notarized by him received an Apostille with no problems. It was a much different experience and I appreciated his knowledge very much.
