Well ordered a pizza here and took over an hour and a half to get. Called to cancel but delivery guy showed up while I was on the phone, so I got the pizza and it was cold and thin crust. Not what I ordered at all they offered me %15 off next time I ordered… Not happy with the resolution

I’ve always enjoyed Papa John’s pizza. However this time when I called to place a phone order I felt very rushed by the man that answered my call. I had a few questions and instead of kindly cooperating with me he snapped at me and said«are you going to get pizzas or not?» This Papa John’s lost my business. Time to take my business else where to a place that knows how to treat it’s customers right.

Service could be way better. I wouldn’t know what the food is like because the lazy supervisor on shift keeps making excuses to not serve people who come in a half hour before closing. First, he wouldn’t take my Papa Johns coupon from my child’s school. Then the second time he says that they turned off the ovens 30 to 40 minutes before closing. They were never sorry. I worked at Pizza Hut and the workers here are just being lazy.

I had a bad experience here. I ordered online, but still had to wait approximately 15 minutes to get my pizza. The food is horrible, I would never eat a Papa John’s Pizza again. The customer service also was less then stellar. I would think twice before going here.

Very good pizza but unfortunately the person who took my money today and gave me change from the register turned right around and without washing his hands took my pizza out of the oven and while handling the crust in several places proceeded to cut it into slices. This is not tolerable and I will have to look for another place to get my pizza in the future. They should have one person on register and other employees working with the food but they are understaffed, apparently to cut down on operating costs.

THEYDONTWASHTHEIRHANDSHERE!!! EWWWW!!! The manager was helping customers and in the middle of his shift MAKING customers PIZZA he chooses to ask the manager for change. Really couldn’t wait until his break??\l. The manager made change handed him the money and he walked back and started cooking. Neither of them ever washed their hands after! this is the last time i will ever go here again ! Is it so difficult to be clean? YOUKNOWHOWDIRTYMONEYIS!!! I had to order 22 pizzas for work and this place really delivered!(get it). I called and spoke with Ahmed, the owner and he gave me an awesome deal for all those pizzas and wings. The delivery arrived on time and the food was hot and fresh. The driver was polite. Everyone enjoyed the food. Will definitely be going back.

SERVICE: Service here is better than most pizza places I’ve been to. Like the Pizza Hut in Colton Stater Bros plaza has horrible service. I usually get in store pickup though so I don’t know too much about the delivery women and men but I’m sure they sometimes take the orders in the front too. FOOD: I really like the pizza here. I don’t think they have different crusts to choose from like Domino’s but their crust is really good here so I don’t mind. It’s the perfect crunchiness on the sides and they always take mine out earlier so my dough is doughy and soft :-) I also got the giant chocolate chip cookie once. It is so good! It tastes like the pizookies at BJ’s but without the ice cream. It’s warm and chewy and has plenty of melted chocolate in each bite. INTERIOR: They have an «open kitchen» idea for their kitchen. It’s all open and you can actually see them making your pizza. I love that because you know for sure your pizza is being made fresh.

Did the online ordering, then went into the store to pick it up. Its a tiny little store front, take out only. No problems with service or my order. Good pizza, and they gave me a coupon to lure me back again which was nice… The only thing I was frightened off was the crushed red peppers which said«treated by radiation»… But this is apparently the norm for all Papa Johns.

sent to their custpmer service. when i told manager i was callng corporate she said she didnt care! UNPLEASANTEXPERIENCEWITHDIANEESTRADA, manager. I went to store #3546 to pick up phoine order#0036. The female clerk was not friendly at all. I ordered 2 pizzas was going to pay for them. I asked if I could pay separate and immediately was told«NO» and that«I should have thought of that before» when I placed the order. I told her that I didn know at the time. Which I do not feel like i owe an explanation for. I had cash and credit card, so I aked if she could break my 20bill so I could pay part cash and the rest on my card. She was so rude it was unbelievable! She said«NO, YOUCANUSETHAT20BILLORTHECARDANDTHATSIT» Iwas more shocked than anything to be spoken to in such a rude way. I told her nevermind and that I would put it all on my card. She snatched the card off the counter. At this point I was livid and told her that she didn’t need to have a bad attitude. Socustomer service! And to top it off, she was the manager, with several employees around her. She should have been embarrassed with herself. This is no way a manager or any employee should be acting! I deal with customers on a daily basis and I was always taught that the customer is right and NOT to ever argue with them. Diane Estrada needs to be spoken to and this not taken lightly. I am a regular she yelled at me and said that I was the one with the attitude problem!!! and continued to argue… UNBELIEVABLE!!! This is NOT acceptable customer of Papa John’s and this has never happened before and I havent had to deal with her before.
