If you’re use to getting close parking, then you won’t like it here. BUT walking an extra 20 seconds is nothing to complain about. EVERYONE in Suite 3600 of the LLUFMO is great, kind, friendly, everything. I’ve been here twice so far and had a good experience every time. My primary physician Dr Rhonda Tetz is great and she has lots of knowledge to bestow upon you. As a medical professional myself, I would highly recommend going to her. For me, it’s either her or I’ll go somewhere else because I’ve had a few bad experiences with other physicians on LLU campus. Dr. Tetz — keep it up and stay current with the research. Ur doing a great job and service to our community

The hospital as a whole has seem to go down in some aspects.1. The electronic charting, nurses and physicians are more concerned about getting there notes and lab orders in and are always glued to the computer rather then the patient and patient care. 2. There’s not a hole lot of structure. There are nurses that seem to not take there job seriously and all you hear is gossip and complaints. Maybe even a joke or two at the expense of one of there patients. Please remember in patient care areas we can hear you! As for the children’s hospital that you would think would be kid friendly but that’s not the case at Loma Linda. You don’t see a lot of areas where the kids can have the opportunity to play or interact. The walls are a dull white/tanish color. There is nothing colorful to catch the attention. In the case of children’s hospital… It’s a bore. Other children’s hospitals cater to interaction and distraction and are colorful and there’s play areas for the patients and visitors. The care is mediocre. Nurses are rushed and staff don’t go above and beyond to help patients or visitors find certain units etc. the staff can sometimes seem lazy and rude. The adult side is just as bad. Rude and lazy greeters and staff. They point u in a direction but it almost always is not correct. Medical center is big and supposed to be world known care but it’s not. It truly has gone down the drain

Horrible experience! Unless you are into massive wait times dont go here! Took my husband in for out of control BP and a bad infection from a puncture wound. He has AFIB and was feeling bad. We got here at 9:00am and its now 3:31pm and no one has seen him after triage! Took an xray of arm because they suspect something is lodged in the arm, blew off the high BP and said he would be in and out as he was not critical — what?! That put us on the bottom of the list, not something that motivates ER to take care of him fast! WILLNEVERCOMEHEREAGAIN!

I would deal with a minut parking problem to see a great Dr like Dr. SUCHAYAJINAMORNPHONGS! Also known as Dr. J… I would never pick a health care provider based on the parking situation. Yes I agree it’s crowded at times. And yes there are times she’s running late but what dr don’t. My main goal is to receive the BEST medical opinion on my health. When i’m being treated I have 100% of her attention. Not only am I talking she’s comes at me with more questions/answers. I don’t want to get into why I see her but I can HONESTLY say if you need a wonderful General Dr. I highly recommend her because she’s Awesome… Now this recommendation is for women only… DR. EMERALDCARUSOISAWESOME!!! I was having complications and she got right to running tests/ultrasound and within a few days I had answers to month’s of discomfort. Before I knew I had surgery and I feel absolutely wonderful. I can’t thank these two doctors enough. So until they retire, I’ll deal with the bad parking situation, with a smile on my face to get the best medical treatment!

The healthcare here is a joke. Most doctors here fail to subscribe to the«make man whole» motto. most of the time they are just sitting around drinking coffee and whining about the hours they have to be there rather than actually doing work. The doctors that saw me all seemed disinterested and anxious to get home. It’s not like I had a million complaints, I answered questions with brevity and kept to the point. At least the nurses seemed to care, but everything depends on the lazy, incompetent doctors. I am a well insured individual btw. So much for their Vision 20⁄20: it sounds like they just want more money to stuff their pockets and continue their half-@$$ed patient care

Nice off site medical area across the street from the world famous Loma Linda University Hospital. Has the private clinic feel in a large building. Make sure to arrive at least 15min early as parking can be very limited depending on time or day.
