Visited the new Burger King in Wal-Mart today. I ordered two frappes and it took ten minutes to get them. They were nothing but liquid without the whipped cream or drizzle. When I asked the very young lady about it, she replied they didn’t have any. I asked for my money back, and she walked away. Then, I had to ask again to see the manager. Ms. Veronica, the manager, walked over and I said I wanted my money back. She asked why. She appeared to not know how to do a refund, trying several things, and saying out loud, no, that won’t work. She finally opened the drawer and gave me my money back. I should have gone with my first instinct and gone to Starbucks. I will never visit this Burger King again. The workers are a bunch of teenagers standing around doing nothing but talking, playing, and laughing, while customers are kept waiting for their orders.

I’ve been using this Walmart since I moved to the area 10 years ago. Lately I’ve noticed a decline in so many aspects of the store. There was an incident where a shelf in the store wasn’t properly secured, and when my 5 year old son touched an item on the shelf, it collapsed, and all the heavy bottles on the shelf fell on him, bruising his hand. It turned out there were no brackets to secure that shelf, and was placed onto two flimsy pins. I didn’t leave that store until I had an associate pull the shelf off the wall so it wouldn’t happen again. Another time I had a shelf collapse on me while I was looking through a bargain bin. The latest incident was that I ordered an item from for the ship-to-store option. I was not able to pick that item up and figured after 14 days they would return the item back to stock, and refund my money. When I checked my account online it had cited that I had«picked up» the item, not true! I called the store several times being transferred to the ship-to-store desk but each time the phone rang and rang and rang, and I was never able to talk to an associate. I ended up ringing the number from . I was lucky to reach a friendly customer service rep, and she tried to be very helpful, but was not able to get through to the site-to-store desk, having the same issue when no one was answering the phone. If you did the site to store option, but didn’t get a chance to pick it up, check your account to make sure it wasn’t marked«picked up». I don’t care if this Walmart is less than a mile drive from my house, it’s not worth the head ache it’s cause my family and I!

Need to hire more workers, need to put shelves full, need to fasten the checkout. Other than this above stated problems, this walmart feels like home.

I cannot believe I’m going to say this, but this is actually a really nice Wal-Mart. I may have to get therapy for admitting that. It’s really clean, very organized, found what I needed easily, easy to checkout, came across two employees who actually said ‘hello’. If I didn’t know any better I would have thought I was someplace else!
