I have been to Dr. T several times and he has been very good. He is very attentive and thorough. I would highly recommend him and this office. I have also switched my daughter here as well and I have very happy with the service. They also have a certain times allowed me to walk in after a call to them. I am sure that will not last long as they increase the patients they see. Recently renovation of office, equipment and systems.

I am hesitant to post the glowing review this office deserves, because I don’t want Dr. Sanjeev Tendolkar to get busier than he already is. I want to keep this place my little secret, but that isn’t fair. This is the same office that Dr. William Delp D.O. and Dr. Whiteneck ran years ago. They were okay and helpful on some occasions and not so great or helpful on others. Then, Dr. Whiteneck left and Dr. Delp went into teaching in Pennsylvania and sold the practice to Dr. Tendolkar. The practice was almost empty there for awhile, then word got around that Dr. Tendolkar(you can call him«Doctor T» is great. My whole family sees Dr. T, and I have been pleased with every visit and interaction. I have a complex medical issue and Dr. T is the first doctor who has actually been able to help me by identifying some other issues I had. I have been able to have allergy scratch testing in office, and some radiology is also available in the office. Dr. T has updated a lot of the equipment. The medical records are digital, and my medical records have always been correct. Dr T treats the whole person, not just the diagnosis. I was recently able to get a family member in to see Dr T — I pre-warned the staff that this patient was in denial over some very serious medical conditions, and wasn’t getting the care he/should have had at another medical facility where the family member was just a number. This patient required/requires a lot of close attention, care, and encouragement… not because the patient wants it, but because the patient doesn’t want that! But it is for the patient’s own good. This kind of patient is difficult and very frustrating, obstinate type. But, Dr. T has been able to get through to this patient and the patient is being more cooperative now. A lot of doctors would have«fired» the patient from the practice for not being cooperative. Dr. T explained that he needed compliance in order to keep treating this patient, and it is up to the patient whether the patient wants to get better. Dr. T’s firm yet kind approach works. I’m not wishing more difficult patients on Dr. T, I’m just saying… HEIS A VERYSPECIALDOCTOR and I felt that way from my first visit and I have recommended him to people who have more of a complex situation going on who need someone to make sense of it all and help them know what to do first to improve their health. When i have taken my boys to him, and Dr. T has to do the dreaded«turn and cough» part of exams, he has coordinated the joint visit well, having one of the boys step out of the exam room while I, the parent stay. He explained to each boy that although I am a woman and they might be uncomfortable that their mom is there for that part of the exam, I’m the parent and I’m there to make sure the exam is performed properly, that it’s medical and it’s not to be embarrassed about, but to keep them safe. He explains these things so matter-of-factly and educates kids during exams about what he is doing and why. He also tells the child he needs to look in their ears now, is that ok, etc. So the patient feels like they have control and permission over their body, but that the exam is important and needs to be done. Office staff is also very good, and it will be even better when he can hire and train more staff. In short, I give my highest recommendations. The office accepts most insurances. PS: Yes, you WILL be able to understand Dr. T, unless you have a very hard time with accents. Dr. T is harder to understand over the phone than in person. He is more difficult to understand when he talks fast(but so am I) lol If you have been taking your kids to Snellville Pediatrics, trust me. you should switch to Dr. T… I’m not saying anything negative about the physicians there, they were good, but the office of Snellville Pediatrics is entirely too busy and errors happen in that kind of environment. My children experienced errors personally.
