Engraving Creations

Engraving Creations was awesome to work with for my wedding mugs! I found them through Google while searching for «glass engraving in loganville» and submitted a request through their online portal. They were very prompt and detailed in responding to and answering my questions. I spoke with Erica afterwards to go through the details of what I wanted done. I sent a picture of the item and then she sent the styles and fonts they were able to do, and she worked with me until I got the exact design I wanted. She sent me proofs of every change I wanted made, and once I got the designs and fonts I wanted, she sent a final proof with all the names that we were going to put on the mugs.
I’m not sure what the previous comment was upset about! I’d rather be sure that I get exactly what I want rather than not knowing. Plus, Erica was extremely prompt in providing updates and the turnaround time was awesome! They got my mugs done within a week! We discussed what was needed when and they delivered! I’ll definitely be going back to Engraving Creations!

Shop elsewhere. Very impersonal and unprofessional customer service. Jumped through every single hoop asked of me (including design approval) and then told my item wasn’t even in stock! Apologies offered for that but then blame on me for not responding to their mistake and told my item (a gift I began working on earlier this week) would not ship next week (guess they’re closed) but the week after. I’m in shock that people operate this way. I’m sure there are other shops in Georgia. Hopefully.
