Coast Dental & Orthodontics – Loganville

The entire staff is simply wonderful. The receptionist or billing person Cindy was outstanding! She took the time to explain and help me with all the intricate details of billing. I ended up having to go to another Coast Dental for another procedure. She even checked on me once I got there from leaving her office! Outstanding customer service! From the doctor on down these people are top notch!

When I switched insurance in the beginning of October, I was told I could not make an appointment until November when the new rosters arrived. I expressed concern that there would be no available appointments if I waited and asked, repeatedly, to let me book an appointment for early November because I was leaving for the holidays at the end of the month. I asked them to book me and cancel the appointment if my name did not appear on the November insurance roster. They would not do so and assured me it would not be a problem because I could book an appointment right away for early November. So when November finally shows up and I’m on the roster, I am told they cannot see me until the end of November… when I explicitly said I would be out of town. In short, I have been trying to book an appointment since October, was told it would be no problem to get an appointment early November, and now I am told it will have to wait until December. Horrible customer service.

Took my daughter here for her first ever dentist visit (a few years late) and the staff was nice, patient and my daughter had a good experience.
Myself, I had some cavities filled, and it was a good experience. The atmosphere is very relaxed, which I like.
