Staff is professional — from the efficient ladies who answer the phones (setting up an appointment is a breeze), the service men who are on time and meticulous in regards to pest control treatments. They take their time and explain what they are treating for, what kind of chemicals they are using (organic and safe for pets and children) and answer any question you may have.
No complaints here.

I had someone come out to give an estimate and find out what kind of droppings we were seeing. In the 5 minutes he was here, I was told they weren’t droppings and there was nothing to be concerned about. I ended up getting other opinions, and other companies found rats in the attic. We could have had a major problem, all because our Breda tech didn’t take the time to look for any signs of pests, and didn’t know what rat droppings looked like.
Needless to say, we’ve gone with another company to handle the cleanup and sealing of our house.

They were a no Show on the second visit, We let 15 people go home early and kept one back for 2 hours waiting. They did call to apologize, damage was done. The first visit went well and was effective, they have poor front office coordination.

I have used Breda Pest Management twice for pest control and they are awesome. They are reasonably priced and very customer service oriented. I especially like the fact that they use pet and kid friendly methods. I will definitely continue to use their services.

I bought my house in 2008 and tried them due to their testimonials and years they’ve been in business. There were several other competitors that gave me quotes and being a new homeowner, I wanted someone cheap and reliable, especially since my home had pest problems in the past. I really scrutinized them in the first few months to ensure I was getting a good deal, and man did they live up to the expectations I’d heard in those testimonials…
I always have the same person servicing my home and they usually arrive on time, but if they don’t, they call me to make sure I’m ok with them being late. (OMG!)
In case this sounds like a «fake» post, read my other posts on docs and mechanics — I don’t play around. When I find a good company that does what they’re supposed to, I give a good f-​ing review! I don’t like to waste my moo-​lah and neither should anyone else. :)
