American Deli

The food is good. But Mulan and Shang are super slow. Im sure they own this franchise hence why they are the only two working here. But yall need to hire atleast two more people to help yall with the long lines and phone orders. Its ridiculous i called in a order at 7:00 was told it would be done in 15 mins but didn’t recieve it until 7:50. As i was sitting and waiting I saw a Carl Winslow looking guy who was very angry at the same thing. He got up twice saying he had been waiting over 30 mins.

We went to American Deli for the lunch!
We knew logansville American Deli well and we were welcomed by the people wholeheartedly!
We ordered two different types of chicken wings, salad, gyro combos and one more hamburger as to go!
In terms of speed that foods were ready to be served, I thought it took reasonable amount of time for monday lunch period, about 15 minutes!
We loved our food and overall dining experience was satisfactory!
We recommand this place for many others to try out!
Location of the store is easy to spot and services overall is flawless!

Went here on a whim for dinner. I was very pleasantly surprised. The wings were yummy, the fries were seasoned well and the philly cheese steak was delicious. I would definitely suggest giving this place a try for some tasty, inexpensive eats.

Not bad for the area

I happend into American Deli because it was next to Subway. The line for Subway was pretty long and I needed a quick sandwich because of my heavy workload today. So I went in and noticed just a couple of people waiting ahead of me. «Perfect» I thought…
What a mistake…
I would have loved to tell you how the Philly and Fries were, and trust me I was hungry today, however I will never get that chance…
After waiting over 30 minutes and watching up to 8 different people get their food ahead of me, I had to take action. I calmly walked up to the register and asked for my money back. And get this, instead if offering me a free sandwich, he refunded my money and sent me out the door hungry. They killed my lunch break. Yeah I could have waited, but I’m on a tight schedule today.
Whatever… You can roll the dice here and try it out. But there are too many other options in this area.
Owners, don’t bother messaging me. I won’t be back here.
