Not the best Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed at. The room was ok, older than most of the Holiday Inn’s I stay in. My room was loud. I heard everything. Every time someone closed a door down the hall, all of the walls shook. I heard everything outside. I put the heater on constant fan to block the noise and no matter what fan setting, auto, low or hi, it ran and kicked on and off all night. The person above me kept me up all night… walking like and elephant. I was on the second floor, my profile asks for high floor and they didn’t notice that. The rooms are outdated. Overall it wasn’t a restful stay.

Room stunk like smoke… asked if there was another room told me no all sold out. Pillows were scattered on both beds and extra pillow cases were still on bed like they didn’t change them…
What was really gross was all the hair in the bathtub!!! WTF doesnt anyone clean this place???
My room smelled like an ASHTRAY … I’d have to say Im going to look for somewhere else to stay next time and if I were you I would TO

Overall the facilities are clean, breakfast is typical holiday inn express breakfast. Two complaints I have are why in the year 2015 would you still have a hotel with smoking rooms??? You smell the smoke as soon as you enter the hotel… also, when you check in you never get the room you actually reserved.
