I had a situation with prescriptions for my mother, the doctor’s office was dragging their feet on the approval then only set some of the approvals over plus Thanksgiving weekend was coming up so the situation was serious. Everyone I spoke to in the pharmacy department was so caring and professional and helpful! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Store isn’t clean, wait times in drive through are usually 20 – 30 minutes, and they won’t even acknowledge you until you beep your horn at times. Some of the employees are nice and others are bitter. My biggest issue with them though is that they don’t always have the medications in stock and it could take a few days and in one case it was up to a 2 week wait for a very common medicine that needs to be taken daily!
I was told to call other Walgreens to see if they have it. Why couldn’t they do that for me???

Every time I go to this Walgreens the staff is super nice. The prices are good. I always end up here for last minute gift shopping and cards.

Another wish for a no star review. Went here for many years. The staff was always the rudest, long wait times for scripts, doesn’t matter if you’re inside or at the drive thru and OMG don’t ask a question or you get the LOOK and the sigh. I’m through with this place.

Very rude pharmacy staff. I try to go through the drive thru so I don’t have to deal with them but every once in a while I do have to go in and almost always I am greeted with someone with a horrible attitude. The rest of the store is really pleasant including the manager but the pharmacy staff needs to change the way things are ran back there. Everyone is so angry and bitter. Breathe. It will be okay.

Ugh I have so had it with this place… I usually only come here to pick up prescriptions or last minute baby items if its late … well this time they called me about 3 o’clock this afternoon to tell me that my prescriptions are ready. I just went through the drive thru weird almost 25 minutes only for them to tell me that indeed my prescriptions were not ready… I asked the lady at the window why did I get a phone call saying that they were ready 4 HRS AGO then? and she’s like I don’t know … I swear I only come here because they have a drive thru and its cold out and I have a baby that I don’t want to take out all the time if I don’t have to … but I swear it’s the worst Walgreens ever!!! ZERO STARS!!!

If I could give zero stars I would.
20 minute line EVERY time you pick up. Called in scripts 3 times, sent my husband they told him «1 hour wait» because I «didn’t call.» Takes days for them to call doctors. No courtesy regarding last refills & unpleasant customer service.
Go across the street to shop rite.
