Tina’s Alterations & Dry Cleaning

My daughter came home from cheer practice yesterday, with pants several inches too long for her, to be worn for the Homecoming rally Thursday morning. The pants are a stretchy lycra fabric, a nightmare to hem. I posted a plea to all my Facebook friends, asking if anyone knew of a place that could alter pants in a hurry. Someone recommended Tina’s. I called Tina’s and asked if they could do this for us; they were very accommodating and said that yes, they could do it. So I picked my daughter up from school to rush her over, and when I got to the school she was standing outside with another one of the girls, who also needed her pants hemmed. I wasn’t sure how it would work out, but I took both of the girls, and their pants, over to Tina’s. Not only did they hem my daughter’s pants, but her friend’s pants as well. Here is the amazing part: I am already back home with both pairs of perfectly hemmed pants, less than an hour after I took them there. Lightning fast service that really saved the Homecoming Rally performance for a couple of girls from Varsity Cheer and Drill.

I have taken several pairs of pants to Tina to be altered and she has always done a great job. She is very pleasant… always willing to measure the pants for me (although I know my inseam). She has been altering my husband’s pants, shirts, everything, for years! I am never in a hurry to get my stuff back but there was one time when my husband needed his pants within a couple of days and it was no problem for Tina & her husband! Great family business. they appreciate customers! I won’t take anything to any other place!

Great place! If u need jeans starched, this is the place to go! They do a good job on everything!

I have taken several dresses to Tina’s Alterations. Not only does she do an amazing job, but the prices are extremely reasonable.
My experience this past week was awesome. I went to get a bridesmaid dress altered. I needed it done in 2 weeks. There was a sign on the door prior to entering stating they would be closed in 2 days for vacation until after the date of the wedding. Oh no! I thought I would be turned away since that only gave them a day to alter my dress. I was shocked when Tina kindly greeted me & measured me for alterations. She said she would have my dress ready within a day because she was leaving. Wow. No extra charge. Just a hard working family business that knows what customer service means.
