Never in my 2 decades plus a year or two have I ever tasted strawberries as sweet and juicy. This place has the crowned fruit of all strawberries in fruitland. Not only are the strawberries the best in the world, the cherries were out of this world. Compare to supermarkets, the prices were super reasonable. For $ 10, I was able to get enough cherries that would’ve cost me well over $ 20 at a supermarket AND at 10x the quality(each basket was $ 5). I think I’ll be eating the cherries after every meal of the day for the next week to finish the amount I got. The place itself is a bit run down but this stand has be around for years! They’re super friendly there and very informatives about any questions you might have. I don’t think I can ever eat supermarket strawberries and cherries after these ones. Final Thoughts: I’m so glad I drove over an hour just to get some fruit. Literally the best… I can’t say it enough.

Really good strawberries for a really good price! Stop by early in the day, they often run out before the day is over.

I’ve been stopping here for years so its time they finally get a review. Love this fruit stand. Always fresh strawberries. And all summer, you get a variety of other seasonal produce such as zucchini, onions, broccoli, and garlic. Fresher than anything at the local supermarkets that’s been trucked in for miles.

Sometimes you get what you pay for. If you want cheap, expect that often the quality will not be good. Buying local, home grown beautiful strawberries is well worth the price. Plus it’s wonderful to support your local community!

This place has THEBEST strawberries. The best way to describe them are as «little balls of sugar.» They also sell plenty of other veggies grown there at their farm. NOTHING is over priced. for those of you who complain about price, you obviously don’t know how much hard work is put into growing and managing so many fruits and veggies at such a large scale. The service here is also always great, fruits and veggies are always great; what else can i say? this place is just GREAT!

No WAY are they over priced !! If you know supermarket prices(and poor quality) you KNOW that $ 2 for a heaping basket of O so FRESH local strawberries is not high !! Buy more and save more !! Half flat was only $ 10 !! And it’s a LOT of berries !!!

Price! — Too high! Although the strawberries are tasty, the girl at the booth had ‘no clue’ as to how many quarts were in a flat or half flat of strawberries. They were selling a pint for $ 2.00, and while some may find that reasonable the price is actually DOUBLE what you pay at some supermarkets. Supermarkets are selling a quart for $ 2.00 and they are California grown strawberries too. So, to each his own. Personally, I can’t justify double the price for strawberries just because they are grown locally here in Lodi.
