I love Starbucks, but this location is horrible at service. They served 8 drive thru customers in the time it took for me to get my ginger ale. Then I sent an email to support and they said they were sending me a gift card and it never arrived.

Good spot to study. Long table to meet with a small study group. I use my gold card for free refills on coffee and tea. Good customer service and the people around here seem very nice.

This is our home store and we love everyone there. They recognize our order in the drive-​thru, smile when we walk in, and ask where the baby is if she’s not with us. A truly awesome group of people who genuinely care about their patrons.

The manager at this Starbucks, Wendy, is so kind. I tried using a reward that I had gotten from having a registered card to get a free tall vanilla macchiato, and when the code wouldn’t work, she offered to pay for it herself. Not to mention it was delicious and they made it super quickly. Thanks, Wendy!

It is nice to have a Starbucks sitting inside the Safeway. The employees are friendly and fast. and a good cup of coffee certainly makes the dreary but necessary job of grocery shopping a bit easer to accomplish — and getting a fill up on coffee might stop that hungry stomach from buying more food than you *really* need —

This Starbucks puts the neighboring Starbucks to shame! The staff at this location is friendly, the service is quick, and there is never a wait! If you want a breakfast sandwich or a warm panini, you’ll have to walk through the parking to the neighboring location. But for a quick drink before or after shopping, this is the perfect location!

For some reason this Starbucks is my favorite. My Mom and I frequent this place all the time. Sometimes we find ourselves going here entirely just for the Starbucks and buying nothing at Safeway itself. The atmosphere isn’t as feng shui –eee as the other Starbucks places, but I believe it is the great customer service and amazing drinks. Not to mention, the prices are usually a little less than the «real» Starbucks places.
All in all, I felt the crew at this Starbucks deserved some recognition for their wonderful service time and time again.
