One of the complaints I’ve seen here and have heard from customers was that in the past they were not called with estimates or parts were not ordered. Well all that has changed we are under new management!!! A new team has been assembled. We have brought on two new employees both with experience in parts and repair and we are honored to have Len stay on board with this new transition. Many customers have already said they have noticed the difference and are telling there friends about us. So we ask you to come on in take a look for yourself and get your own opinion. This business was a great business that took me months to put back together. My mechanics and I worked very hard to bring back customers that had left after the accusations of stealing and firing of the first manager. Then there were the accusations of me and my family stealing from the owner and I quit. I did not take anything from the owners residence nor did Anyone in my family unless it was given to us. I feel bad for my customers and miss them all dearly. If there was anyway I was able to start my own business i would and I would run it with my family and hire Tracy who also left outdoor power because of all the bs. My customers ment the world to me and I feel they are owed the truth.

I took my lawn care equipment here for a simple fix. I was told it would take 5 minutes to fix; but they needed to order a part. I was told I would get it back the following week. I got busy and time went by and they never called; so after a month went by I called. I was told they couldn’t find my equipment and the part had not been ordered. They called back and had found it and would have it done the next week. I did not hear from them so I called again. I was told it was on the«emergency bench» but they couldn’t find the work order and didn’t know what it needed. I told them and was told they would order the part and call me the next day. I did not hear from them the next day so I drove over and told them I wanted my equipment back. After they found it I was told the part was no longer available! So after TWOMONTHS they tell me this? And only after repeated phone call and a trip there. I went home and looked the part up and found it for $ 11.40. I will have it next week. I was talking to a friend about this and he told me he had the same problem.
