I just ordered a calzone to-go from here and it is the most pathetic thing I have ever seen served from a restaurant. Maybe if I was in Idaho I would expect globs of mozzarella cheese with a small dallop of ricotta. But this is an Italian neighborhood in NJ. Seriously? Have the prices gone up for ricotta cheese? And just an FYI a proper calzone should be at least half ricotta cheese. When I called to speak with the manager there was no one available. And when I placed the initial order on the phone I got some young girl who asked me to repeat my order 3 times and this is all I ordered. Seems like a bunch of high school kids are running the entire show here!

Napoli serves excellent pizza. Their plain regular and Sicilian slices are so good they don’t need toppings. I haven’t tried their other food recently.

Solid pizza, solid food, I dig it. This is the pizza place we call all the time. I also love their huge chicken parm sandwich. Really great sauce as well! My only complainte is that they need more of a variety of salads on thei menu. My girlfriend is always bit***ng that she wants variety lol. All in all good food!

I used to be a fan of Napoli’s from when I moved to Lodi in 2009 – 2012. I moved out of state for a couple years and now I’m back. I got food there a couple of times and it was fine. Even good. The past two times I went there, I am very disappointed. I ordered a pie for pickup. It was undercooked. You can still see that the dough is raw on the sides and the cheese is very light in color. It was close to closing time for them and I said, these things happen. I let it slide and ate it anyway. Just now, I recommended the grilled chicken salad to my girlfriend. They gave her rock hard bread and tips of the romaine in the salad. Also, she asked for Italian dressing and got what seems to be oil and vinegar. The chicken was also much different in taste to when I ate it back in October and was very thin. They are supposed to be open until 10. I called at 9:55 to ask them if they are under new management or have hired new cooks? What’s the deal? They didn’t even answer the phone. I thought maybe they would be able to somehow show me some satisfying customer service and win my confidence back. Clearly they are not putting pride into this business any longer. I do not normally do things like this, but quite honestly, I’m pissed at them. So there you go. Hopefully they shape up for their own sake, but I’m done and I’m upset about it.

We had decided to go to this place for a quick dinner on a Friday night. First of all the waitress was terrible– she reluctantly brought us menus and rushed us with our order. She had her friends & family on the other table so I guess she was too busy fratenizing with them and didn’t have time for our order. When she finally got around to us we inquired about the appetizers and asked for the calamari dish she said it was stuffed and we shouldn’t order it but we decided to try it anyway. After a while, she finally brought our food but she never brought the appetizer we had ordered ;then she had the audacity to say«do you want me to put the calamari order in now?» After she had already brought our main course. We said no thanks. Then she went back to the hanging out with her friends. The food was mediocre. .will never go back

We asked for two large pies and got two regular sized boxes I’m guessing sizes don’t exist at this place. Anyhow back to the pizza it was small I would show pictures but by the time we got home my husband and family ate it all. Thin well done crispy pizza is how I can best describe it. It taste good but I am gona have to stick to my Sicily Pizza from down the road.

Skip this place. We’re in Jersey, pizza joints are a dime a dozen. The owner has such a bad attitude and is so rude to customers. Talk about a bitter mean woman. The food is like a rollercoaster ride. Sometimes the food is good and sometime the food is beyond terrible. Every time I order their pasta, it is hard as a rock. Also, don’t bother ever ordering extra cheese on your pizza. Your pizza will look exactly the same with or without the extra cheese. Honestly, this place does not deserve to get business. The owner is so mean, kids got pissed off and her and bashed her whole front windows and door. She had it coming.

Hadn’t tried this place in over a decade so I tried it out last night to change it up and gave them a go. Delivery time was pretty long but it was late on Friday night so that’s expected, 2 dollars delivery fee? You expect that from the chains like dominos and Pizza Hut but c’mon man. Pizza was cooked well done like I asked and was pretty good, better than average but not amazing. Chicken parm sandwich was also pretty good but again average nothing amazing, not much sauce on it either, which id prefer oppose to drowned in sauce. One thing I thought was weird was that they only had 2 liter diet cokes? Not the end of the world but still you would expect things of this nature stocked in a pizza spot. Overall pretty good would probably give 3.5 stars if I could, would give them another shot.

My go to place for a great and huge chicken parmesan hero! The sucker is seriously like a 12inch! And for $ 8.99 you can’t go wrong! Also they have good pizza. Its within a few miles of pizza town so not number 1 pizza in The area but id say a close 2nd or 3rd! Also they have a very good eggplant parmesan and crunchy, flavorful, calamari. Do order in though, I’m not a fan of sitting at the restaurant …

I think not! I spent the entire day out in the sun and all I wanted was to come home and have a good slice of pizza. Well, don’t ever order before checking out Unilocal first! I don’t know why any of the rest of these people rated it any higher than a one star because it doesn’t even deserve that. I had my pizza delivered, it was luke warm when it got to my house an HOUR after ordering. Then they used the worst kind of mushroom possible because they are cheap– canned mushroom– ewwww. there was barely any tomato sauce at all either. it was cheese with canned mushroom on cooked dough– tasteless. I also ordered their Buffalo chicken wings. what a surprise it was to me that their idea of buffalo sauce is actually BBQ sauce with some hot sauce mixed in. That wasn’t the worst part– they heavily breaded the chicken before they deep fried it and it was soggy. Never ordering from here again– take my advice!!!

The pizza is good but that’s really it. Often food gets delivered cold, and I live roughly five minutes away. Ordered the tomatoe and mozzarella salad. Nastyyy. Usually one of my favorites in general but not from here. The tomatoes were soggy and old. Not fresh at all. Didn’t even eat any of it at all. Ill stick to the pizza.

I thought the pizza was pretty mediocre, especially for this area. Very nice staff but something just bothers me about runny pizza, you know the slice where the sauce is blood red and if you pick it up the cheeze just runs off into the plate like it owes you money. It was just before close so I’ll be back at some point during regular hours to hopefully find better.

I like this place– a lot. I’ve been there a few times and haven’t been disappointed. First, I really like the fried calamari. Not all calamari is made the same. Theirs is light, crunchy and NOT rubbery. This is a good thing! Here’s the main reason for my review: The Fat Italian. This sandwich has eggplant, meatball slices, chicken and veal under fresh mozzarella and marinara sauce! I usually have this guy for lunch AND dinner. This sandwich is truly a stand out. It’s what keeps me coming back. The pasta dishes are also flavorful and cooked al dente. The ziti, broccoli rabe and shrimp or sausage is also very good. My wife ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana dish with spaghetti. The eggplant was cooked perfectly and had the right amount of tenderness and breading. All the pasta dishes have all the right flavors and come through as they should. It’s a BYOB and the liquor store next door can accommodate you if you’d like to have wine, beer or spirits with your meal. I’d recommend this place to you and my friends. I hope you enjoy this place as much as I did!

Very good slice. Flavor profile is comparable to Angelo’s and Lovey’s. The cheese and sauce are paired perfectly. My only complaint is the crust. It’s a little on the thick side, so there’s a question of crunch. If you order the slice well-done, you may run the risk of burning the cheese. So you really have to decide what you prefer more; crispy pie and hot cheese/sauce, or burnt cheese/dry sauce and a crunchy crust. I prefer the crispy pie. The dining room is a decent size and it’s a lot darker than one would expect. But the counter top is bright and it actually adds to the decorative drama; which is also unexpected and perhaps unintended. A cheese slice will run you $ 2, but it’s a larger slice. Parking won’t be a problem. It’s time…

Napoli is a nice little restaurant-pizzeria located in a strip mall in Lodi near the Lodi Municipal building. Pretty tasty pizza… has a crunchy crust… and the rice ball was good too. I also shared an antipasto salad. The salad was good, it had a tasty oil and vinegar dressing. I also noticed they had an assortment of stuffed rolls, but I did not try them. Not a bad place to stop if your in the area.
