I cannot say enough good things about Jergens. I operate a mobile food business and Jergens has kept me going for over 20 years. I have ice makers, mobile ice cream carts, commercial refrigeration, and the service they have provided my business is a «10» plus rating. I feel very blessed that such a great business is located close to my business. They never make you wait for a repair, and the staff is extremely knowlegable, and professional. Thank you Jergens your service is greatly appreciated, and I wouldn’t buy from any other dealer.

I first used Jergen’s in 2002 for a walk-​in cooler installation on my farm. I’ve had them come out for some regular maintenance checks and then a repair after a defrost clock failed. Service has always been timely and reasonable. Earlier this week I had a critical problem as a coolant line had developed a leak and my cooler was 20 °F too warm and rising. I called shortly before lunch and the repairman Kevin was here about 90 minutes later and the problem was then fixed within an hour and my valuable inventory was saved. They’ve come through every time I needed their service and are very knowledgeable about refrigeration equipment.
