This office as long as the Stockton office is not what it used to be… You used to have one doctor you saw everytime that knew you and knew your background! Now you see a new doctor every visit and who ever is on call is who’s going to deliver you. I always wait and get out room to room doctor was rude at my last visit she kept saying «did she tell you what she saw?» «Did she tell you» wtf just tell me. The ultrasound tech is not going to tell me it’s your job lady! Once I was told what was seen I was crying she didn’t even look up at me or reassure me of anything she just said to go sit in the waiting room and wait for a Reffereal which they still haven’t completed and it’s been over a week. Smh seriously going to switch Drs I’d rather wait 2 hours with Berbano then be treated like this

I’m surprised this office has such horrible reviews. I’ve never had a problem booking an appointment and have always been treated with respect and kindness.
I actually think the receptionists are really nice and make small talk when they can! When I was sitting there waiting for my turn to go inside the exam room, the phones were ringing off the hook. Give them some credit, they’re juggling a lot!
My appointment time to wait time to go inside the exam room wasn’t as bad as some doctor’s offices. I did arrive early to fill out paperwork and expected a small wait. Once I was inside the exam room, Dr. J. Miller came in almost right away and we got the appointment done in minutes.
Yikes! The office is extremely dated though. I felt like I stepped back into 1992 when I was a child going to doctor’s offices with my mom. Décor doesn’t make or break the quality of care with the doctor, but I felt like I stepped back in time when I came into the office.
I only had one experience where I had to reschedule my pre-​existing appointment because the doctor was not available that day. I work with Dr. Miller elsewhere and actually knew why she had to reschedule a bunch of appointments. I also had to schedule my appointment 2 months in advance. Dr. Miller was not available until then. I know this can be frustrating for everyone so this is a major downfall. But maybe because she’s such a good doctor that everyone wants to see her!

Still sitting in the lobby as I’m writing this review. They’ve rescheduled me 3 times due to the doctor having surgery. Anyhow the receptionist Rocio is a complete bitch. I can’t wait to get out of here. And never come back.

Reading the reviews before her very first appointment here, my wife wasn’t sure if she wanted to keep her appointment or cancel it…
We came here and it was not bad at all. Actually the staff were nice, the lady at the check in was nice, and the whole staff that we encountered were pleasant in general. The Doctor was nice and professional as well.
We’ll see how our next few appointments go…

If possible to give a lower than 1 star I would Not only is everyone on their staff rude and disrespectful but the nurse practitioner is horrible as well. No bedside manner at all and just out right rude. This is my second pregnancy and I’m 6 months pregnant ready to change to a different office. These people are absolutely horrible at their jobs. Every time I go in they make me feel like I’m wasting their time and don’t even ask the questions that should be asked during a prenatal visit. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Things have change here with time for worst, I had two of my babies here and never felt this way humiliated. Last year my water broke at 13 weeks, it was scary and I felt hopeless so I ask Dr. Arthur, «what do I do» and she said, «nothing just wait, go back to your normal activities» I was confuse, scared, heartbroken and had no clue of what to do, so she also said I could terminate the pregnancy, when I ask how she said, «Google it»… I can’t explain how bad I felt after that and how rude she was that I just said okay and left crying. Unfortunately I lost my baby but God bless me with another one so I tough I give them a second chance because that’s where my kids were born, WORST MISTAKE AGAIN, some of the receptionist are super rude and unorganized, first they gave me the wrong lab order from a male a few weeks later they don’t even make eye contact and start asking me questions in a rude way about Pap smear test, which I already had and she would let me talk to finish telling her that I was another patient. Ecalante another rude Dr. no manners whatsoever, made me feel super uncomfortable and humiliated, let the door open on me when I was trying to pull up my pants looked and me and said we are done twice, like really I hear you the first time and I’m trying to put my clothes back on. I’m sure there’s a place where I can file a complaint…

I can’t tell you if the doctors are good because the receptionist was incredibly rude. When I walked in she was on hold on the phone. She asked me if I had an appointment, which I didn’t, so she told me to wait. After waiting for 5 — 7 minutes while she discussed a referred patient who was a no-​show (2 weeks prior) she asked me how she could help me. I told her that I was a self pay patient and needed to see a Dr. so I was inquiring if there was an open spot in their schedule. She told me no and even if there was, the doctors won’t see me because they don’t take patients who pay cash. I asked her why that was and she told me it was because it could get too expensive. Hmmmm, ok. I fail to understand how if I give you a method of payment before my appointment, this is a problem.

With my first pregnancy, I had one doctor and thats who I saw every visit and who delivered my daughter, at this office you meet 4 different doctors, I still have not met Gill and am 33 weeks pregnant. I wait 30 – 40 minutes EVERY visit just to be seen for literally 2 – 5 minutes, no eye contact, no trying to get to know you. The WORST experience Ive ever had. I would never recommend anyone to have a baby at Lodi Memorial. They dont take any time with you and you dont get to know any of them. I am so frusterated today that I had to write a review. Arthur and Escalona have no bed side manner and you wait forever. Dr. Miller is the only one that makes your wait worth your time.

Some of the best docs in this area! Yes… they are incredibly busy and it may take a little bit to get in to see them, but they are all wonderful!

Office is so disorganized. At both visit the doctors didn’t seem to know anything about my history. If my chart is in your hand take the time to read it. Do I really want to play 20 questions!!! On my second visit they misplaced my sonogram. So they had to scramble to find it. Seriously!!! I understand that they are in the process of moving everything electronically but not an excuse for being unprepared.

Wow, after reading the other review, I’m actually glad that they were more worried about my insurance than about my health! I tried to make an appointment last year, but the front desk was snippy and refused to even schedule me unless *I* called my insurance company first.
#1 — If you’re that worried about my coverage, then checking on it is your job, not mine. #2 — I can pay cash if it doesn’t work out, so I’m not worried about it. See #1 above.
Anyway, the next call I made was not to my insurance co., it was to another doctor’s office. Found a great ob/​gyn just around the corner.
