OMG I can breath through the nose! I didn’t know there were roses out of my front door. Dr. Guendert and the ENT staff are so nice. The office is a usual office, waiting room, front desk and back rooms. The staff was moving the office from 999 Fairmont to 801 S. Ham during the appointments and surgery I had for my deviated septum and sinus issues. There were numerous signs and lots of reminders to the move, so the staff is quite professional. Dr. G answered every question I had, was very through and made sure I understood what was happening before hand. My surgery actually started early since we were all ready to go, The procedure(1÷22÷15) is done at Lodi Med. just down the street and I was informed that it might take longer and it did. Dr. G took her time since I have had years of chronic sinusitis dealt with. Afterward she explained what would happen at every visit before we took action, such as the suction of the residual junk and removal of the stints. I would recommend her office to anyone. Dr. G is great but she is also partners with Dr. Limb, Dr, Balfour and Dr. Dong so I am not sure if they could be helpful for anyone but if Dr. G is not available then ask for another. And the address is not on Fairmont it is on South Ham about 3 blocks down 801. Suite O
