After visiting this place as a first time buyer and a visitor here to Lodi, I am not surprised they are going out of business. The blond girl, was extremely rude, unhelpful and lacked any real substance required to run a customer service oriented business. Not one hello or smile… Surely if someone is looking to hire her or work with her in the future be prepared to have her somewhere in the back where she does not interact with people, bc surely you’ll receive complaints and potentially also go out of business. Hopefully this will be a learning experience for whatever future endeavors she embarks on.

Went in to get some things for my fiancé and the ladies they could not have been more helpful and understanding to a guy who had no idea what I was walking to. Thank you so much, everyone was friendly and more than I could have expected. I didn’t even know that many beads existed lol.

Really poor customer service. No one greeted me when I walked in the door. I had to walk up to the cashier to asked if they carried a certain item & all she said back was «nope.» rude.

I travel all over California on business, and I have to say this is the most warmest friendliest environment I have ever been in. The staff is so helpful, knowledgeable and completely willing to go above and beyond to help. On my first visit in the store I was overwhelmed with the selection, there was EVERYTHING I could ever want or need. I’m excited to say that with the help of the warm staff at Bunches of Beads I have completed many beautiful pieces of jewelry.
