They don’t really deserve even one star! Terrible customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone – actually would suggest you avoid them like the plague.

Came on time and and will used them again for sure. Good service and the people there were nice.

There are tons of companies that provide HVAC services with qualified technicians and installers, but service and interaction with the install team are very important to me. After all, they will practically be living with you for three or four days and come and go in every room of your house.
I give the Blackwell team high marks for professionalism, courtesy and friendliness, and for the quality and value of their product offerings. They gave me a very competitive price, showed up when they said they would, and did a first-​rate installation. The team that showed up were a bunch of great guys, too. And importantly, they cleaned up afterwards so that there was nary a trace of their having been there. In fact, Albert’s team cleaned and organized our messy garage – we were in the process of moving in and had stuff strewn everywhere – and left it looking really nice!
