Well, loved our stay for the most part until people below us decided to have poker night and smoke cigars. This impacted our ability to sit on our porch and sip wine overlooking the vineyards. Unfortunately, management did nothing. We are forced to leave our room to escape the smoke. Bummer! Most likely will not return.

And already I must leave a review because of how amazing this place is.
The hosts are welcoming and the house is a beautifully remodeled 1912 vintage home. They have everything a guest could wish for… We already feel like a super special part of their family.
The interior and exterior are appointed well, and they have snacks, coffee and tea waiting for you at any time. They also provide a bottle of wine with crackers and delicious cheeses upon your arrival.
The home is centrally located to downtown Lodi, within walking distance of wine lounges, pubs and places to eat.
We can’t edit to finish enjoying our dinner so we can get back and relax.
You can’t go wrong here!

We rented the whole B&B for our wedding night (we were married at Hutchins Street Square… this place is RIGHT there). It was perfect. Beautiful inside, outside, back yard, and plenty of parking. I highly recommend staying here!

Quaint, well appointed, quiet, comfortable place. Loved it! 8 friends took over for a friends 50th bday. It was a perfect setting. Great back yard for dining and gathering. Beds are very comfortable, every bedroom has a bathroom. I’d highly recommend this place.
