This place was gross. Fruits and vegetables were brown. I also had to wait in line for 20 min to be checked for 7 items. The only thing I would buy from here would be candy or chocolate. Not coming back.

I love this place! Great prices on produce! And many of the staples I buy every week for my family are cheaper(frozen pancakes, animal crackers, cereal, coffee & creamer etc! I go every week!

First off, Aldi does not charge to use their carts. You put a quarter to release the cart and when you return the cart you get your quarter back. Bags do not cost a dollar, they cost a dime. You are free to bring your own bags. You pack your own groceries. It’s these little things that bring down the cost of the groceries and frankly, I don’t mind. I buy my dog’s chicken jerky here for 2 dollars while other store charge $ 5. Their Clancy brand stuff is just terrible. I wouldn’t waste money trying it out. However, they have other brands that are decent. I bought Edam cheese and butterball turkey for a really good price. I like everything except their Clancy boxed goods. Their produce is also really cheap and fresh. I wish I had a $ 30 coupon to blow here. I would have food for at least a week.

EDIT I was waiting several months to see what this store was going to be. when I learned it would be an Aldi I got excited because they said it was going to be at the shop with extremely low prices. They said the point to the store was keeping the running costs low so that you can buy things at a better price. they charge you a quarter for a shopping cart THATYOUGETBACKAFTER and a DIME for each bag to put your groceries in… The products in the store did not really catch my attention. I generally use organic gluten free and soy free products. This store did not offer anything like that. they were not really many brand names in fact most of the brands I had never even seen in my life before and the brands that I did recognize were on the lower end of the spectrum… Meaning they weren’t the best brands in my opinion… I would say this is the kind of store that a college kid on a budget would go to. I had a $ 5 of $ 30 coupon that they sent me for the grand opening and I couldn’t really spend it. It was close to Halloween so I basically stocked up on Halloween candy to get through the $ 30… I think I could live without Aldi… GLADSOMEPEOPLECANLIVEOFFTHISCRAPPLACE, BUT I SURECAN’T.
