A & J Portable Toilets

These guys seriously screwed my event! I used them a few times with no problems. Then they showed up the last time in the middle of the event. (I shouldn’t have paid but I still did) Then on Memorial Weekend after calling almost a week ahead they never returned any of my messages after they said they would deliver on Friday… I text him multiple times on Friday with no response. Saturday before the event I talked to him on the phone. He said he would call back and never did. I called him again and he stated that the driver had just left the yard in Stockton with the bathrooms. I waited and hour and every time I tried to call they wouldn’t answer the phone and I wasn’t even able to leave a message. Never returned any of my texts or calls. It WAS A good deal. WHEN THEY ACTUALLY SHOWED UP! They totally f***ed me! I would be very use them again. Unless you don’t care if they show up… I guess the previous event should have a been a red flag. This is a case of «you get what you pay for». It was probably cheap because they might just totally leave you hanging and ruin your event. Thanks for nothing. They only got 1 star because it won’t let you go any lower than that. I would love to be able to give them a negative 5!

Call this guys order a toilet they show up never set a delivery time guy was very rude then I told them we open at 10 he wants to service it early I ask to speak to the boss never call me back not professional at all

Love renting from here for family gatherings and church events. Plus they do not have a delivery fee:)

I rented 2 portable toilets for a family reunion in June. I contacted many other companies, with no luck. Most of them also had service delivery fees and were much more expensive. I contacted A&J just a couple days before the event, and they were so incredibly helpful. They gave me answers right away, while other companies put me on the back burner, some never even calling me back.
They delivered early on the morning of the event, and we were able to keep them the whole weekend. They were clean, they were well stocked, and had everything they needed. They were able to place them in 2 different locations on our property, for easy access. The delivery people were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth. I will be renting from them again.
