I was there today & the guys in the office blatantly ignored me, pretending not to see or hear me! After a few tries the woman behind the counter told me where I could see a product I wanted for my house, which was all I needed to know. Just because I’m not a contractor doesn’t mean I don’t count, who do you think is paying the bill?
At least they guys in the warehouse were nice & helpful.
I would avoid this business, I have experienced better attention at other local lumber yards.
