Awesome tacos right here in Henry County and it’s not at Taco Hell next door! Check out it. Definitely coming back!

Very nice alternative to chipotle and other big chains like willy’s or Moe’s. I usually have a shrimp rice bowl which is always good. They also have grilled fish, chicken, & steak. Not much to really say other than the place is great. They do have some of the best tortilla chips that I have ever ever ever tasted. Try it out!

Disappointed! I ordered a chicken bowl and southwestern eggroll. The chicken lacked flavor and I can’t describe how disgusting the eggroll was. To make things worst, I had to pay extra for sour cream. Needless to say I will never go there again. On the flip side customer service was good, that’s why I gave it 1 star.

Straight Garbage, the try to compete with chip ok but nooooo comparison, they get one star for customer service that’s it

Favorite spot in Henry county for tacos. Everything is always fresh, and the staff is always super-​friendly. I would agree with other reviewers about the cleanliness of the restaurant. It is a bit dingy, but the food is so good, I’d consider eating it off a barn floor. Also, their diet coke from the fountain is the best ever. I don’t know what they do to it, but it’s always fizzy and perfect. Roasted chipotle salsa is my favorite, and the steak is delish!
Hopefully a remodel of the LG location is coming soon… they just re-​did the Jonesboro road location, and it looks great!

Moved to Georgia from California so I’ve been dying to find some good Mexican food. This place did it! The guy who helped me was super nice and welcoming. He explained the entire process with me and some small talk. The burrito was delicious. I’ll definitely be back!

Gezzo’s is killer. Without a doubt the best place around to get lunch. I recommend the steak burrito.

The food was delish but the tables were sticky. I would definitely go again but I would get it to go. Staff was helpful and attentive. Good location by the outlets

Stopped here based on the positive Unilocal reviews. The first thing that stands out with this place is that it is filthy. The dining room floor looked like it had not been mopped in days, both tables we sat at were sticky (and I noticed that after a patron left the employee just brushed off the table top instead of cleaning it), the bathroom was in terrible shape, and in the back of the restaurant by the bathroom there was a stack of food warmers sitting on the floor. The windows were also not cleaned. My concern here is that if the front of the house is so mismanaged — imagine how poorly the food prep areas and food storage is kept.
The staff was very friendly, and the food was OK, but the dirty state of the business overall was just deplorable. As noted in other reviews lots of things like grilled vegetables, sour cream, and guacamole are extra. It was nice to be able to order fish, shrimp, and tofu in a variety of different ways like burritos, bowls, tacos, etc. The salsa was also very good, but I only ate a little because the area where it is located also needed cleaned up. Chips come with the meals, and there is sliced limes and lemons available by the salsa bar. Overall this place could be really good, but the management/​owners need to spend some time cleaning it up and keeping it that way before we visit again.

I chose this place not expecting how amazing everything would be… I got a rice bowl with chicken and veggies. It was a huge bowl and came with a side of chips. Great flavor, better than Moe’s or Chipotle. My boyfriend got a triple steak burrito, it was so good he went back and got a second one! The staff behind the counter were very polite young men, who made genuine conversation with us. I will eat here again most definitely!

So much better than Moes! Super fresh and their salsas are great. Also great customer service.

Needed something quick to take to a party. Called and ordered 12 southwest egg rolls for only $ 15. They were neatly cute and placed in a tray with 2 sides. Thanks so much for saving the night.

When we went to the one on Jonesboro road and saw it was closed for renovations we were a little put out. Down to Locust Grove we went and were glad we did.
The staff here are so incredibly nice and helpful. We brought in our twin toddlers for «kids eat free» Tuesdays. Our girls hadn’t had much if a nap and were cranky as all get out. One even went so far as to throw her cup and get tea everywhere. My wife went to get a mop (we’re used to cleaning up after our girls).
The staff wouldn’t hear of it. They were super nice and cleaned up the spill. They even came over and reassured us the girls were no problem.
And the food is good, too!

Pretty good. I would give it three and a half stars… found out that you can order hard tacos so that rating might go up after I try the hard tacos. All in all it’s a pretty good fast tacos joint. Been a couple times and will go again.

Staff is nice but the food here is horrible. Both times I’ve been I couldn’t finish my food. The chicken tastes old and everything else is flavorless. My son puked had an upset stomach from the steak tacos. We will never be back.

The best casual burrito, taco, nacho place ever! Unilocal was spot on on this one. Super nice staff. Fresh ingredients and they’ll make anything any way you want. Very reasonable prices. Did I mention the staff? These dudes were real nice and really seemed like they like working here. What a suprise. A hidden gem on the southside. I’m coming here if I ever get the munchies and I’m at the Tangerine mall!

Think about everything you know about other burrito places. Now add to that a laid-​back, surf & turf California vibe, and you get a feel for Gezzo’s. This place is unapologetically burrito. And yes, there is surf as well as turf on the menu.
I had a grilled chicken burrito. The grilled chicken is spiced a little. Fresh, grilled veggies are an excellent addition. And the guacamole is good. The «hot» salsa could stand to be a little hotter. But this is good stuff. I won’t hesitate to visit again when I’m next in the area.
