I am sitting in this dirty restaurant and constantly being told they don’t substitute this for that anymore. So essentially instead of getting what I ordered and the waitress who WORKSHERE assured me they have, I can’t get what I want without paying extra for it. This is how IHOP is winning the battle. Dennys has great food, poor service and even worse menu choices everytime you come. It’s a shame because I drove 25 miles to eat here to walk in and the floors are filthy, the cook is sitting at the bar talking to guests about his personal life, crayons and food under the tables and a waitstaff that has no idea what’s on the menu. The thrill is gone and my family and I won’t be back. The picture attached is of the wipe I used to clean our table, smh, this place is filthy.

I’m heading home(south of Savannah) from Atlanta, woke up early and headed out to beat traffic. Starving. Once construction let up and I saw the sign, I stopped in. This Denny’s, in the Tanger Outlets parking lot, isn’t as easily accessible for drive-by travelers, but don’t let it stop you if you’re a fan. It’s an adorable classic diner décor. Denny’s is one of the few SkyMiles Dining options for my Gold AmEx, and as a newly budded business traveler I’m finding that it’s reliably consistent across the board for inexpensive but decent breakfast — I dare say several steps above Waffle House. I’m a fan of the«build your own slam» for the price(which my company likes), the variety of favorable options and availability of extras. I’ve got a historic, hilarious fiasco with Denny’s coffee. I like to spill it on myself, and it’s always scalding hot. I keep a travel tube of aloe lotion just for this purpose. Haven’t spilled this one yet… But I’ve just started eating. Kudos to the chef here, who listened and wasn’t afraid to «extra crispy» my hashbrowns. In case I don’t get a high enough dose at work, I want acrylamide in my fried potatoes! I’ve stopped going to Waffle House because of the soggy hashbrowns that they refuse to brown these days. I don’t judge restaurants like Denny’s against the best food I’ve ever had, so as far as I’m concerned this place is A+ — great service, best breakfast I’ve eaten out in a long time: bacon perfectly crispy, cheese just melted into my eggs, and those crunchy, crispy hashbrowns!

My wife and I come here regularly. She loves the build your own Grand Slam deal. The food is usually really good. The kitchen occasionally gets backed up but it is usually when they’re really busy. We always ask for Chasity to be our server because she is simply the best. She has our orders and preferences memorized, and always has a fun and outgoing personality. We actually live closer to another Denny’s location, but choose to come to this one because of Chasity. Read a review where some schmuck got offended cause he thought Chasity was trying to flirt with him to get a better tip, lmao. She’s just really nice and outgoing to everyone… Genuinely kind(which is rare now a days).

Terrible place to eat, got seated promptly on entering the store but from there on out it went down the drain. Waited over 10 mins for a server even though they kept glancing over at us and cleaning the next table. Food was mediocre at best, but after 10pm there isnt much of a selection. Would not recommend this place if you are in a good mood and trying to grab a quick bite

This restaurant is very small… waitresses were not very polite as they were yelling at the cooks. Not good on the ears. I really just wanted to leave. This environment was not for me or my nerves. We figured the orders were not coming out correctly. We walked out and will not be returning to this location.

Took the family here for breakfast. Great service and food. Just make sure you request cracked eggs, or else they will give you those disgusting powered eggs.

This place is in the Tanger outlet. On Saturday it is grand slammed with people. There is something hypnotizing about watching a finely tuned diner work its magic during the rush. Waitresses yelling out out the order while simultaneously pouring a cup of joe and counting change; it is awesome. This place however is nuts, more like chaos. They got the job done. Saddle up to the bar because you don’t have time to wait for a booth. You have to get back to shopping or driving down I-75. Ordered a double cheese burger. OMG! this thing. I am getting excited thinking about it. This is what cheese burger dreams are made of. Two big patties with that griddle meat crust and melted cheese. You have to hunch it into your mouth. I’m not sure why but this thing was heaven. Kudos to the wait staff that hooked my kid up with a taste of milkshake! Sweet potato fries were just average but they could have served me a side of sawdust with that majestic burger.

This place was super busy when we went. A nice older man told we could shop and come back in about 40m minutes and the rush should be over. He was right on. We left and came back and sat right down. One woman started us out and then our server LaShaunda took over. She was great and so personable. Food was good. Only complaint is that the floors are dangerously slippery.

Terrible location! We waited 30 minutes for our dinner when dining at 8pm for dinner. Then we saw the staff microwaving our meals! Food quality was terrible and service from staff felt very forced. We stopped while traveling on vacation and would not stop here again!

I used to frequent this Denny’s years ago with my family. Earlier this week after starving from hours of Christmas shopping at Tanger, my hubby and I decided to visit. We were SOOOO disappointed. I was freaking grossed out. I felt as if I was eating in a pigsty. The floors were ABSOLUTELY disgusting. I had to request them to sweep the floor next to me. The wait for the food was ridiculous. Food was nothing like what I remembered. I wanted to get up and leave but I was so tired and hungry I could not stand the risk of another long wait elsewhere. Nasty! Nasty! Nasty! Health dept should shut them down really. Yuck.

We had been looking forward to a great meal at Denny’s all day, but we were profoundly disappointed. As usual, we were let down. Our drinks were not given to us until almost 20 minutes after we ordered them. For some weird reason, the nachos came 15 minutes before all of the other meals arrived. The food was late and not correct. They ran out of Chicken Noodle Soup, which should not already be empty, considering they are a 24 hour business. It took forever to get refills, and they ran out of the toppings on pancakes. The service was great. Our server took care of everything.

Stopped here a while back. Im not a big fan of Dennys to begin with but this food critic I know said they were decent. So we went… needless to say I havent been back. Every experience I’ve had at a Dennys is not great so maybe its not them… maybe its me!

Nice old school look and feel, but the service was very, very slow. Salads took 30 minutes too arrive after we ordered them. Plus the place is very loud! We will not return.

This Denny’s is conveniently located by the Tanger Outlets. It made for a great dinner spot after getting dragged around stores you dread with your girlfriend. It’s certainly the only reason that brings me to this Denny’s. The first thing I noticed was the awful sweet tea. If you take any advice from this review, don’t get the sweet tea. The service was pretty subpar. Having to ask for silverware, unfamiliarity with menu, and the highlight: getting constant refills, but never taking the empty glasses. By the time we got our food(which was a lengthy wait) there was about 10 empty cups on the table between the four of us. I ordered the Moons Over Hammy, and when it finally arrived, it was pretty dry and tasteless. It did not meet the menu’s description nor my expectations. The final ‘f you’ that Denny’s gave me was the bill. We were two couples with two bills. The appetizer was put on the wrong parties bill, and I was getting charged for sides even after asking if sides cost extra. Overall, I’d rather go to the McDonalds connected to a gas station down the street after a draining day at the Outlets than come here again. At least there I can fill up, eat food, play the lotto, and get home before my food would’ve even arrived if I went to Denny’s.

Super friendly staff & fresh food! Chasity is so great! We came back 2 days later & she remembered exactly what we liked. Their coffee mugs say, «A good diner has open doors, open arms and pen hearts.» Right on!

Experience walking I’m the door is simply chaos topped with crazy. The weekends are usually a mad house at this location. But when people want there rooty, tooty, fresh & fruity there’s no holding them back. Food here was much better than the one in the Mcdonough location & the service might be a bit better as well. Please know that this location is located within the outlet mall could be kind of tricky.

The Classic Diner style here is just like the«ol days». Tin ceilings, art deco tile floors and comfortable booths. It was clean, tidy and the service and food very good. Our waitress Bridgette was right on queue – attentive just at the right times and not over bearing. Excellent service. The golden buttermilk pancakes were fluffy with warm syrup and whipped butter. They were real buttermilk pancakes as you could taste the slightly sharp ferment of the milk. The side of bacon was done well, not greasy or over cooked and tasty. My wife had the Blueberry pancakes and was impressed with the large and abundant berries. She also had the hot Pumpkin Spice coffee that had whipped cream and a caramel drizzle. Nice presentation and exquisite taste – «much better than Starbucks» she reported. I had the regular iced coffee with free refills. As another reviewer had said, it was very, very good. The coffees were fresh and not overly sweet. All the dishes we saw coming out looked good. A manager was on the floor attending to tables and counter needs and very pleasant at checkout. We went for the Veterans Day Comp All You Can Eat buttermilk pancakes. We appreciated the fine service and food. Had not been to a Denny’s in years. We had never been to this one, drove 30 miles to try it out and will return. Good job.

This was a very retro style Denny’s which is why we stopped for breakfast. We were glad we did. Very typical. For food basic good breakfast which is why we like Denny’s ! You can usually depend on its breakfast to be A bit above average better than those Waffle House places!!! The service here was very good. Better than some Denny’s we’ve been in and better than the middle GATYPICALSERVICE. Very clean as well. One thing plz put sanitary seat covers in restrooms I think this is my new mission for GA! :) until next time.

Open early and a nice change for bkfst from waffle house or hardees… great staff, especially like Jessica. Tried the chicken sausage, no good. Still a great place to go unless the Tanger crowds slow the service to a crawl.
