PLEASE, PLEASE think hard before you put your trust into this company. We have to replace part of our roof that Titan Construction put on in 2008 that’s going to cost us approximately $ 2500 maybe more. After WE pay for a total tear off of this large section of the roof (we had a total tear off in 2008) we still need to call a MOLD expert out to remediate the rest. We have such extensive MOLD that we were told by other companies that it looks like we had a fire in our attic and TItan should «do the right thing and replace at no charge as this is their fault». They replaced at no charge a skylight they put in the same day the roof was installed (2008) that was LEAKING because «the flashing wasn’t put in right «
It was still under the 10 year warranty !! The MOLD could be from the leaky skylight we don’t know !
But we do know for sure that it’s from poor ventilation, they claim that they are «NOT ventilation experts or MOLD experts and they just put the roof on how it is originally done and we don’t look in anyones attic before we replace, and we don’t look at soffit vents or if more mushrooms vents are needed, that’s not industry standard «They claim on their Facebook page that they are ventilation experts, trust me they are NOT! Why would anyone let Titan touch their home on ANY project ?? It may look pretty but just wait, something will happen and they don’t stand behind their work !! They care about the money !!! Their solution was to add more mushroom vents, soffit vents, baffles and PAINT over this mold that has gone through 2 parts of a 3 part plywood !! Which is admitting that it their fault!!! We got a proposal of approx $ 1400. Why did they not realize the extend of the damage of the mold you ask??? Because the wanted to sell us approximately $ 13,000 in windows !!! We would NOT pass INSPECTION when it would be time to sell, titan DOESN’T care !!
The owner came out to our home and looked at it and LIED and said «we will take responsibility and cover 90% of the cost «the next thing we hear is from their LAWYER, which they have one on retainer which should also make you think long and hard before you put your trust into this company, they must have lots of problems to have a lawyer on hand!!! He said he is a «mediator «but then proceeds to tell me that he’s their lawyer. After speaking with him he said he would talk to Titan, after about a week we got a letter from Titan stating that «we don’t feel we are the direct cause of the mold issue. There may be ventilation issues we did give solutions for to help with air movement in the attic. We installed a new roof IDENTICAL to the OLD existing roof, only difference is we installed a Architectural shingle. The moister (their misspelling) problem and ventilation isn’t resulting in the roof install «THEY WONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY, Or even meet us halfway to resolve this MOLD ! They don’t even look into your attic before they install your roof, they say that’s not industry standard

I had my roof replaced, complete tear off. They were fantastic, the clean up was awesome. They added vents, which were needed. I got a salt and pepper shingle and they put black vents, thought they were going to be silver, great surprise! Work was done on time and very well done! Did I mention the clean up was awesome!!! I will recommend them to everyone!!! GREAT JOB!!!

I had someone from this organization knock on mt door. they said they were doing work on a neighbors house and they wanted to know if I needed any work or remodeling done.
The person went on and on about windows and doors and siding and roofs and concrete… they can do a lot of work.
so I thought about it, and I said… Follow me… We went to a part of the house where I needed some patio work done… i.e. concrete… or Patio block install… He said he will be back tomorrow for a «Free Quote»… ok… Cool.
and by the way. I had to ask for a business card… before he left… WTF
Next day I got a call from a person to verify coming over for the Free quote… After waiting for quite a while, some guy comes over (that I’ve never met) came over to discuss what I wanted done. so I pointed to what I wanted done for the Patio… He took 3 seconds to look and asked me… «is their anything else we can do for you… Replacement windows, siding, ??? I said no.
He finally saids…“This job is too small… I’m sorry». and turned around and left.
WTF!
don’t you people want work?
DON’T come to my home and try to sell me windows and /​or doors /​or siding (on my Brick house) and then you blow me off with a Job that’s too small…
Screw you… I would never recommend them… :(
