Not sure why this place is not on the map
But today is the day.
The guy that works hear is great and so very helpful never have had any problems with them.
And when I say helpful this place is much better then some of the clothing stores that I’ve been to.
This quitter shop is a one stop shop for all your needs
From tanks, tips, starter kits, and all kinds of e juice over 50 flavors from 7 different lines. And chance flavor all the time to keep happy customers satisfied.
This place will even set up with a rewards account like the more you buy then you get a free e juice.
More on customer service this place is like a family working together and the atmosphere is wonderful.
Very nice location plenty of parking

One of the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I walked into the shop for the first time to check out their juice lines and realized I needed to rewick. So I asked the super sweet blonde lady and she kindly asked the male worker, an older man who looks like he might be the owner, to cut me some Japanese cotton. When she handed me the cotton I realized it was too small for my coils so I asked the male worker if I could cut off the pieces my self and he had some snappy remark and rolled his eyes. Then I asked him if I could have tweezers also and he huffed with attitude and rolled his eyes some more and then I told him; «you know what forget it» and I walked out. As a first time customer I will not be recommending that shop to anyone. Also they will not be getting my business either.

To be honest, I was very excited to visit this shop. I live in the North Side of Chicago and since I was out in the South I decided to finally make my trip to this shop. Over all, I was very disappointed in the juice selection. Yes, you can try all the juices they have available but none of them really caught my attention. They pretty much either tasted the same or were tasteless. I only bought a bottle out of pity, and to be honest $ 8 for an 11 ml bottle??? For a chain vapor like me, that is more expensive than actually buying cigarettes. It was the only flavor that was passable for me, but then I later realized that I was sick of the flavor within a few hours of vaping. You guys need better juice selection. I can buy a 30 ml bottle of better juice for $ 13 bucks in the North Side. Other than that, location was great, Customer Service was great, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to any vapers.

Love the product which makes me give 4 stars … The staff needs a little help in the sales department and could smile a little more but I guess when you aren’t smoking for real you might not be the happiest !! Haha but great E-​cigs. Great prices !!

Great place to get your e liquid. Mary was extremely helpful and let me try a handful of different flavors until I found something I liked. Even after I had picked out my purchases, she continued to have my sample other flavors. I will definitely be back!

Great Store with lots of different flavors that you can try b4 buying. ROAR & Fluid Vapor! Good prices on starter kits! Friendly people helpful with all questions. Nice to not feel rushed. Lots of different choices. They even have a vape lounge to sit, vape & chat! Nice to meet other local vapers. Just a great atmosphere here!
