Piece of shit, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They are completely unwilling to help you, even if you are the only person in the shop.

Crappy attitudes, slow service, and snarky remarks. Said they had to keep my vehicle overnight for an oil change at 2 in the afternoon! Wouldnt go back there thats for sure!

Great experience with these guys. Brought my broken down blazer in on an emergency situation. They took the time to diagnose the problem, even called me to ask the vehicle repair history. I couldn’t be happier with them!

Wife went here today for an oil change. They brought her into the shop and told her her transmission was leaking and needed a flush and that her struts were leaking also. Fortunately she said no thanks. Her car is parked in our garage on the same spot everyday and I have never seen even a drop of fluid on the floor. Car was in our Chevy dealer recently and they did not notice any issues. Get a second opinion.

Well I need to make an update to the review I had done a couple of weeks ago. I got a few dozen miles away from NTB and my tire pressure light came back on. I live about 45 miles from this store, so I decided to top off the tire occasionally until I was at a customer again in the area. They pulled off the tire and had missed another leak, so they plugged, not patched this one like the first. I paid $ 35 for a simple plug! My fault, I need to start checking people’s work I guess. When they called our fleet company for the second repair approval, they were asked if I had my oil changed yet, it was within a couple hundred miles due, and told them to change it. I got here about 9, it’s almost 22 now and I’m staring at my car on a lift that hasn’t been touched for an hour now.
Sigh.

I thought that this place was a Godsend when they first opened, since there really are no other reputable auto mechanics in the area (that I know of) and the region is screaming for a shop that will do the job right and for a fair price. Well, I guess they’re half way there.
I’d stopped in here in the past for alignments, fluid changes and checking prices on new tires, so I can’t say they’re all bad. But recently, when I’d been experiencing a «wobbling» noise coming from my front end, I had to have them repair the bearings on both sides, then I’d need another alignment, pushing the cost up higher. What could I do? There’s no place else in the area that I trust and I couldn’t keep risking a highway breakdown every day I go to work. I had them do the job.
I missed a day’s work (not their fault, naturally), but after being handed a bill over $ 600.00, I think I’ll go somewhere else next time.

folks, these guys are polite, the waiting room is sparkling clean… but these are wolves in sheep’s clothing! My brakes recently failed, & this was the closest repair place. They overcharged me by at least $ 150, & that was after my protests brought the bill down by almost $ 100. I found out after the repairs from the locals that this is not unusual, & that the guys there are on commission, so it’s always going to be in their best interest to overcharge, or pad the bill. Let the broken down in need of repair — beware!
