Doctor was odd but seemed to know his job. Tim at the optical place is the best and the girl LISA that works there is a total cow with an attitude problem. She is very rude and knows nothing about customer service.
The first time I had an interaction with LISA I thought maybe she was just having a bad day and I tried being nice despite her stank attitude (a position no patron should be put in) but then another time I called and she was still rude!
Lisa gave me a pack of contacts that made my eyes burn as soon as I opened them and put them in for the first time and tried to argue with me about it as if she took my complaint personally or that it was my first time wearing them and I don’t know to wash my hands. Complete idiot and they keep her working there so spend your time and money somewhere else. People like her should not work in a job dealing with people. I guess some places don’t care about how their staff treat customers leading them to go elsewhere. I’m young so I have many years left to buy glasses and make appointments and none of them will be with a staff person like Lisa. She needs to keep her bad vibes to herself.
