Came to install new equipment. Pump failed within a week. They came and took it and never returned. No response to calls.

Hired to install beaded above ground pool. Liner fell in 2 days after install, took a week to have someone come to to repair it. Fell in again come spring and is now trying to charge more than the first install!?! STAY AWAY!!!

I discovered All Pool Pros in Lockport this week. I was having problems with pool connections leaking and they were more than kind and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and to help figure out a solution. They really cared about helping me and provided great customer service! I’ve since been back two more times this week for a free water analysis and other supplies. I like that they’re close by and relliable. They are willing to go out of their way to get you what you need or to have it in stock. I couldn’t be happier with them!
