This builder built my house in 2001 – 2002. I couldn’t be happier with the house, 10 years later. Kris Cozzo (the owner of MC Custom Homes) is a great, no nonsense guy to work with, hits his schedule, and will work tirelessly to make sure that he delivers what he promises. He built homes in Pueblo Pointe, Karen Springs, and is now working on Oak Creek, all in Lockport, Illinois. I recommend him without hesitation and given the opportunity will build with him again.
