It’s a Wendy’s, so how much can I say about it. I went specifically to try the new pretzel bun bacon cheeseburger. It comes in a little cardboard box, and it was SWIMMING in grease! I can only assume that the grease isn’t absorbed by the pretzel bun the same way it is with a standard bun. Of course, I’m not one to be daunted by a little cholesterol, so onward I went. It wasn’t a bad burger, but it wasn’t nearly as good a I wanted it to be. Two pitifully small pieces of paper thin bacon, and the bun was a little more firm than it should have been, leading me to wonder about it’s freshness.
Bottom line is, I’ll stick with the chili when I need something fast in a pinch.
