DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. Still have not received my glasses after 3 months. I’ve called over and over and over again with promises of resolution but they NEVER call me back. I was first told they were not ready, then told it was the insurance company. Then was told they ordered them because they wanted me to have a new frame? Isn’t that what your supposed to get anyways??? Then I starting asking to speak to the office mgr. She only returning my call one time to say she was looking into and again never heard back. So now a week later I called AGAIN and asked to speak the to the office mgr and she never bothered to call me back AGAIN. So I called again. Fingers crossed.

This was my first time at any Fortney Eye and I must say I was quite pleased. From the time I talked in until I left I get welcomed and treated well. The doctor was friendly and the lady handling the purchase of the glasses was very helpful. And gave her opinion of what looked good what she thought would look good. She pulled a few glasses that she thought were good for my face then my wife’s face. We ended up going with the ones she pulled. I’ll be back for sure!
