Good electronic specialists. They helped resolve the damage to my music equipment after a fire a had.

I would not advise using this company. We contacted ERS after our home was flooded and their representative Kaylea told me they could send a technician who could disassemble, dry, sanitize and repair expensive DJ and exercise equipment. She quoted an hourly rate of $ 87.50.
When the technician arrived, he spent 10 minutes visually inspecting the damaged items and told my wife, «everything is wet». He proceeded to tell her that she could wait a month to see if things worked when they were dry. He failed to disassemble any of the items or offer to perform any repair work. We were sent an invoice that stated the items were not cost effective to restore. They also included a $ 75 destination charge that we were never quoted.
After his visit, I disassembled the items myself, dried them out, cleaned and sanitized them and 5 of 6 are working.
I explained my dissatisfaction to the manager David who didn’t offer to do anything, and he informed me that we were responsible for all charges since my wife signed a work authorization. Subsequent discussions have led him to offer a 50% reduction in the destination charge.
I don’t believe this is an honest company and have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would strongly advise you to stay away from using this company.
