I cannot say more good things about John and his service. I was moving and needed screens replaced. Granted I should have given myself more than a week to have the work done… But finding someone was proving difficult. Although his schedule was packed John managed to rearrange things to accommodate me. He is honest, personable, and extremely professional. I highly recommend his company. I used Tri County Screen Repair recently for a screen replacement to an old wooden screen door. Not sure if the door is original to the home (which is 100+ years), but it’s very unconventional. John performed the screen replacement on time and in a professional manner. He knew exactly what to do and the results are wonderful! Finding screen replacements for «unmarked» doors is a royal PITA. I almost replaced the storm door ($$$) on the front of my house due to not being able to easily find a screen insert for this door. After a quick Google search, Tri-​County popped up… had good reviews, so I figured I would call. John (Howard), the owner, promptly called me back to schedule an appointment to come look at my storm door.
John showed up on time (early Saturday morning) and I was pleasantly surprised by his professionalism, no BS sales and the fact that he told me that a new screen was a non-​issue and he’d get it done for me. After a quick estimate, he assured me a screen insert could certainly be built and he could do it right on the spot if I were interested. I took him up on the offer and had a new insert in my door within an hour.
Very happy with John’s service and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for screen repair or new screens in general. A class act… contractors ought to take notes from him.
