Integrity Performance

Integrity Performance has made our home buying process much easier than than expected, putting many of the worries I had on the home in question at rest. David was extremely polite, professional, and as thorough as I would have expected if not more so.
He arrived to the home before my wife and I, already working up a sweat on the roof of the home and getting deep into the hot attic. Spending at least three hours going over everything from checking gas line seals, testing every electricity outlet, and opening up every window, David is somebody that I highly recommend to anybody on the fence about home purchase.
I can confidently say that he did a better job of selling the house to me than the real estate agent actually pushing the sale. I was very worried about some of the workmanship because of the lazy painting all over the house, but David made me aware of the strong bones the house actually does have with it’s higher quality building supplies and above code structural construction.
Call this a plug for David, but he is somebody that I believe in and can honestly recommend to complete strangers.
