Infinity

Bought 2 outfits (2 different vendors) for my brother’s daughter and ONE of the outfits didn’t fit. The owner recommended the outfit and the size that I buy! When I was SPENDING the money, the owner and her «sidekick» were so over the top nice to me! They «recommend» push too hard! I gave her the height, size clothing and measurements that her mom gave to me. I saw my niece the following week and found that one outfit and the other was WAY too small!
When I came back to exchange, they refused to acknowledge that the one company’s clothing ran small (even though I looked at reviews on the internet and it said the companies clothing ran small). I gave my receipt and asked for the same outfit in a larger size. They didn’t have anymore of the next size up. They tried to convince me to go up 2 more sizes (which they had) so my niece would «have room to grow!» I was so annoyed I asked to have my money back and the owner said it was past the return date. I looked for their return policy and I was ONE DAY past!!! I reminded the owner that she was the one who convinced me to purchase the outfit and also which size to buy. She told me that she was following the companies sizing. I asked if I could have a credit and she again said I was past the return date!
I will never shop their again!
BTW, while I was shopping in this store the first time I should have walked out when I saw the way one of the employees treated another customer! When that customer complained about a shirt’s fabric not holding up after it was washed ONE time, this employee snickered and made a comment after the customer left (with the damaged shirt).
The owner and her employees are REALLY nice while you are shopping and spending your money, but be careful if something doesn’t work out! They BITE, snicker and gossip after you leave!
