These guys do a half-​assed job. In January of this year my mom had a break job done for about $ 500. in June she got in the car and the pedal went down to the floor. I checked the fluid and it was dry. Every brake job should include a visual inspection of the brake fluid for level and aging. when I called them, they said they would checked if they saw a problem. brake system failure due to low fluid is not gradual, it works until air gets in and then it doesn’t. In any event, a visual check should be part of a brake job — it’s part of a normal oil change at any of the quicky oil change places. I’m grateful this happened while parked. Never assume anything with these guys. their work is incomplete and not professional in dealing with customers.

Made an appointment for rotation of tires with a possibility of wheel alignment. After a test drive, i was told that a wheel alignment was not necessary. I told the salesperson that the car «felt» different and he said that if I had my tires «bumped» that would help. This add on increased my bill by about 30 dollars but being pressed for time rI figured ok. After the service i was told that my tires were feathered and I should get new tires (all four) and that I should get new brakes as well. I was given an estimate for the new tires and brakes. The «different» feeling was not improved only made a bit worse. Today my tire pressure gauge went on for the second time in three days so i stopped at Livingston tire. Shocked to find out that since I purchased the tires from them, they would have rotated them for free. He looked at my tires and said that my tires were fine and no where near needing replacement. So in short, I tried to save some money by using a promotion for a tire rotation only to find out in the long run, it cost me way more. Thank goodness I didn’t rush into replacing those tires) or brakes)

Made an appointment with these guys and was assured that I would be seen on Saturday morning. Only to find, come Saturday morning, that no one knew of my appointment and was told that if I left my car it could MAYBE be looked at later in the day. Never coming here again, but if you do make an appointment do it over the phone AND online, then confirm the day before.

The place is good for oil changes especialy if you have discount coupons. I have given them repair jobs in the past, but I’m unable to conclude if they’re competent or not. They prices are either same or higher than others I dealt with.

Great to deal with, don’t try to sell me on a bunch of services I don’t want. Dropped in without an appointment at 5:15 pm on a Friday night to get 2 new tires put on the car along with a wheel alignment and they had me in an out in less than an hour, plus it was the best deal on new tires I could find in the area. I moved out here from California, where I had bought lifetime wheel alignment on my car, and they had no trouble pulling up my car’s info on the computer in the Livingston office. The staff is very friendly as well.
