Never going back here again. I lifted up my large hot chocolate and it was so hot that it burned a hole right through my cup and burned my stomach and legs. Freaking scalding! This has never happened before. Disappointed that a place that serves beverages all the time can’t get their cup correct!

It’s your average DD but the service is friendly and it’s a clean establishment. They also provide outdoor seating which is a nice perk. And who can beat those 99 cents iced tea deals?!?

Horrible attitude. I ordered a number 5, a meal that comes with hash brown, for my son. I also ordered other items, including a second cup of coffee, using a perk I have earned. When I picked up the sandwich, I asked to make sure that the hash brown were in the bag. The lady who made the sandwich told me in a horrible attitude«No hash brown». I said I ordered the meal, and it should have hash brown. She simply walked away. A man heard me, and then checked with the cashier, the whole time mumbling in a different language(all Indian people). The cashier finally came back and said she didn’t charge me for the hash brown. I said I ordered the meal. My son(14) by now is so annoyed that we just left. Never coming back.

I’m giving this location three stars due to the fact that consistency seems to be a very big issue here. There is a breakdown here with the«practice make perfect» paradigm! When you make coffee all day long for countless people, dispensed by tweaking knobs to dispense the exact cream and sugar requested… well, the coffee should pretty much come out the same if not marginally different every time. Not here. Maybe it’s not following instructions or me not noticing the often bewildered look of some of the staff members when I ask for a medium ice coffee with cream and two sugars. The mystery will haunt me until the end of this post since there is another Dunkin half a mile down the road that executed every time.

The worst owner ever. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years, twice a week after school with my children. I spend about $ 10 each visit for a total of $ 20 per week during the school year. I also buy all my teachers’ gifts here, so that’s another $ 200-$ 250 per year. I order food and with food comes thirst, so I also ask for three small cups of water each time. Today I was charged $ 1 for the three cups. I asked why, and I was told that the owner saw on the video tape that the staff was giving me water for FREE. Imagine! Free water! In a restaurant! So he ordered them to charge me a $ 1 for three waters along with my $ 10. I told them that if they charge me a $ 1 for water, I would be happy never to return to their DD again. They didn’t care. So long!
