Becker Spine and Sports Institute

I called the office to make an appointment this morning. Dr. Becker answered the phone, I guess he does not have a office administrator/​receptionist. Anyways, he asked me the usual info (name, insurance etc) but then he wanted to know my address and where I worked. I felt that was very odd but I didn’t want to make a big deal of it. Then he wanted to know how I found his office. That’s must have been the only thing that was important to him because I never received a call back to see if they accepted my insurance or to confirm an appointment. I tried to call back but it went to voice mail. Well, to me this whole experience left me in suspicion of this practice. I have learned from my mistake about giving extra info that is not needed to make an appointment. Also he has a lot of great reviews which is puzzling since today clearly shows that he does not value potential patients. So I’m thinking the reviews are not real. Probably his invisible staff put them in, who knows… But I do not recommend this place and I will never call them again.

Dr Becker is amazing. I lift weights and totally messed up my back one day. I found Dr Becker on the internet because of the great reviews. I went to see him and from the first visit I started feeling great. He is a very caring doctor and very pleasant.

I found Dr. Becker on groupon and came in for an adjustment and massage. Since day one his approach was different than my 20+ experience with chiropractors. He’s proactively assisting me with degenerative disc disease among other issues.
His receptionist Julie has provided me with consistently wonderful customer service; she really adds to my experience.
Dr. Becker is down to earth, funny, and relate-​able. I enjoy my time there every week and I can honestly say in the last 3 months he has made a tremendous difference in lowering my pain/​stress level. He even gives me great ideas on how to enhance my progress at home .
I really couldn’t recommend anyone better than Dr. Becker — what are you waiting for?

I bought a Groupon for a massage and chiropractic consultation and went in the next day. The massage was just to my specifications. During the adjustment, Dr. Becker quickly zeroed in on exactly what was bothering me and relieved a ton amount of stress. He is nice and I would highly recommend his office. It’s a no brainier.
