Amazing! If you’ve ever been to a brewery, then add this to your list. Nick and Chris treated us like royalty. A definite must.

These guys have the right idea. I am a beer lover and living in the NE has certainly raised my standard for quality beer. We have some of the WORLDS best macro-breweries and I am most certain these guys will come out on top. Lovely facility — friendly and knowledgeable staff and most importantly the beer is well crafted. If you actually appreciated quality craft beer, make this place your next destination. Cheers boys and keep up the good work!

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere but the beer tasted watered down and I’m a beer snob. We stayed by Callicoon and it took about 45 mins to drive up to this brewery. It wasn’t worth the drive!

Beer was good, staff was friendly. I would have no hesitation about going back. They had 7 beers on tap when me and my wife were there so we each found something we liked.

This beautiful new Brewery has not only amazing events(complete with live music) but is open to the public to stop in and sample their latest brews. Yesterday, we stopped in to hear Peter Florence play with his band and sample the new beer! What a treat! I loved meeting Caleb and hearing about his position of «cereal chemical engineer» which apparently takes more mathematical skills than calculating the dimensions of a black hole! Then there was the Merlin-of-all-bartenders, Nic, who has the musical other-worldly genius of Stephen Hawking combined with his encyclopedic musical references that will serve up a brew and hand you some fresh popped popcorn as well! I highly recommend frequenting this local establishment and falling down the rabbit hole with a beer in your hand!

Really awesome brewery. Appreciate the beautiful landscape and detail oriented ambiance of rustic modern style brew house. They even have a pinball machine if you bring your kids. The beer is outstanding! Floodwatch is a nice aromatic IPA without hard bitter tones that I sometimes cringe. The ‘freak tractor’ is a wild yeast with some unique sweet malty deliciousness. If you live anywhere near here and like good beer I’d highly suggest a visit.

Great brewery in Livingston Manor. Tasty brews in a fun open setting to try their locally made concoctions. There is an outside area with benches as well if you’d like to enjoy your beer al fresco. Growlers available to go at a reasonable rate(I wish I had a larger fridge!). Looking forward to next time I’m up there.

Excellent craft beer, dog friendly, popcorn by the bowlful. We were there for the fundraiser with Mark Ruffalo and were so impressed and excited that the area has a real brewery now that we came back the next day to hang out a bit and try some of the other beers we’d missed. We will be back again and again.

The beers are decent, but nothing amazing. They make at least 2 or 3 IPAs and I’m not really an IPA fan, so that might be skewing my review. One unique brew is their sour plum which is definitely sour! But, there’s a nice outdoor area with picnic tables where you can chill as you sample. The inside is what you’d expect — part warehouse, part bar. Worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Awesome place to hang out and enjoy a few beers. People are friendly and laid back. $ 1 per sample is great, esp. since they are pretty big samples. Also their growlers have a mean raccoon on them. Freak Tractor and the Devil’s Path were favorites.

Very cool place! Huge and gorgeous brewing warehouse inside, with about 6 or 7 beers on tap(I think at least 4 were IPAs). The staff seemed pretty nice and friendly. They charge $ 1 per sample which I found a bit off-putting because I’ve never seen that done at any bar or brewery. A glass of beer is $ 5 and they do give you some free popcorn, so I guess it kind of evens out. They have 32 oz and 16 oz growlers, and tons of other t-shirt swag for purchase. Maybe enough room for like 8 people to sit at the«bar», but then there are a few benches outside as well. Worth a stop!

Excellent new brewery which has opened officially for business in Livingston Manor. The beers are top-notch thus far, as their brewing team is headed up by a talented former brewer from Ithaca Beer Company. Every beer was great, but the clear winner was the special brew Freak Tractor they had on tap for their opening weekend celebration. If you can manage a growler of this, it’s worth a 1 – 2 hour drive at least. The facility is really neat. It’s brand new, most of the equipment is new, and if you can get a tour you can hear about all the energy-efficient design elements they have put in place. For example, the building makes use of solar and geothermal energy. Just a heads-up: As of opening weekend, most of the staff seems pretty new to operating a customer-facing establishment so you will need to exercise some patience as you visit during the opening weeks. They are still fumbling around with the point-of-sale equipment, ironing out bugs, and getting people training on pouring beer. Your patience will be rewarded, I promise!
