Oh so delicious! We’ve followed this bakery from its start at area farmer’s markets and Jeffersonville and finally to its current home in charming Livingston Manor. The crumb cakes are just amazing. Even my in laws who are originally from Germany make a special stop here for the pastries when they come to visit.

I couldn’t wait to try this bakery and catch it when open. The smell was amazing and the pastry case was full of scrumptious beautiful treats. I ordered a mixed berry crumble which was delicious and buttery. Mistake #1.I should have eaten item there. It became a gloppy gushy mess in the bag. This girl should have put it in a box. Mistake #2.I ordered a cappuccino which the girl left sitting getting cold while she assisted 5 new customers that came in after me. Annoyed with the lack of common sense but quality of bake goods was very good. Overall I Enjoyed The products. Will go back.

Yum! Tons of pastries and sweet odds and ends for sale; I got a brownie which was delicious, but not too overwhelmingly sweet. Iced coffee was quite cheap and didn’t even need sugar to make it yummy, and you can add your own squeeze from an assortment of flavorings which is great, since most places give you too much or too little. Enough room for ~8−10 people to sit. Worth checking out and getting a treat if you’re in town!

Alright I’m gonna be real! This place is adorable !!! A very cute country bakery, but there are some stuff they can approve on. So far I have only had there apple pie and eh wasn’t to amazing. The pie crust was a little raw for start, and the pie was more bitter than sweet. The crust had sugar but didn’t seem like the middle apples had any. I would try this again but I hope they let there pies finish cooking before they remove them.

The pastries are absurdly delicious, as is the coffee. Hospitality was great and played great music!

Tried again Sunday around 1:00pm went in there was no one out front. I waited about 3 minutes still no one came out. Said«Hello» and still nothing. got back out and into the car before someone came out the door. Went down the street to Catskill Market, where they are always friendly and spent my money there.

My Partner and I stopped by as we had heard so much about the baked goods. We sampled a few things and walked out with a bounty of cookies and treats. Lovely staff and inviting vibe inside the bakery. Looking forward to returning and trying some more things! Thanks!

The only gluten free thing was a chocolate mousse cake and it was amazing but it was morning and I was looking for a muffin and I was left out. Still the cake was great. My husband had a savory croissant and another party and big looked amazing and he raved about them. It is the cutest little spot and the best place we went in the entire area. Come here for every breakfast and lunch while you are staying anywhere nearby. The quality and selection were on par with NYC options. So awesome. I wish I could, d have tried everything — smaller delicious in there. It also had sandwiches and souls. There was a line out the door and things were coming out freshly baked. Run here. It was phenomenal.

Just had some delicious beef and mushroom soup! So yummy!!! This is the second soup I’ve had here and they have both been great. My husband had a ham and cheese croissant, which he liked. He also had a cherry crumble sort of thing that he loved. Next time I look forward to trying the ham and cheese panini(after 10:15 am)! FYI, you can also get great breads, danishes, gluten-free pastries, cookies, coffee or lattes, etc. This is an excellent addition to the town of Livingston Manor.

Super cute little joint. Their peach crumble cake(did I call it the right thing?) was DELICIOUS, and well priced. Definitely worth the stop in. I am disappointed that they don’t have fresh iced tea though, since their hot tea and coffee offerings sounded great…

Great find in this little town. Usually, I’m disappointed in much of upstate NY but this gem makes Livingston Manor a place to stop. It now has a great bakery to compliment it’s great fly fishing. :)

Amazingly delicious! My fiancé and I happen to come across this spot and the aroma alone captured our attention as we walked towards the bakery. Small eat in space but excellent pastries and breads! And always quick to go!

Have to admit that I was disappointed. The bagel was OK, but honestly, I didn’t feel it was any better than could be obtained from Peck’s Market down the street. The panini, a sundried tomato-cheeese one, made with ordinary rye bread, was thin and tastekess, very little cheese. The coffee was weak. The pastries looked nice, but we only tried the cheesecake, I guess it was a kind of German cheesecake. That was where we really were disappointed, The amount of cheese was really lacking. I guess they’re not into cheese here. Oh, and«no bathroom.» No return, either. Sorry, but I know that this is the country, but it’s not *that* isolated. Catskills Harvest Market is also in the country, and it’s much better. It has a bathroom too.

This is a small gem in Livingston Manor. Located just past the Post Office this bakery/café does a lot of business. Many come for the bagels, which are terrific for the area, or so I have been told. I have had one, but I don’t think I appreciate bagels enough to wax poetic about this one. Although it was good. The bread here is terrific. For more or less $ 5 loaf you get fantastic sourdough or other types of bread. If I were you that’s what I would come for. But you can also pick up tortes, pastries and turnovers which do a brisk business here, or various coffees. There are a few places to sit, which is great, but it’s limited and often full. I make it a point to stop by here when in the area. Well worth the detour off rt 17. They take credit(all types) without issue. Parking is street. (850)

Continuing to have good experiences here. Bagels, which I’ve only bought intermittently(and mutteringly) since leaving Brooklyn 40 years ago, have rapidly become a daily habit again. They are consistently superb. Strawberry-rhubarb torte is just as good as the cherry version. Even scones, which have never personally enamored me, taste excellent whenever i have a bite, Happy customers and staff make waiting to be served a friendly few minutes.

A much needed and welcome addition to the food scene here. This bakery is as good as it gets. All of their specialities are carefully prepared and always fresh. Meticulous clean and charming little bakery very reminiscent of my early days in Greenwich Village and in Brooklyn. Small scale bakery products. There will be lines here on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Had the real cranberry scone this morning for breakfast. A slice of the 12 grain bread last night. This will be a regular stop on my way through the Manor!
