I made a deal with this company on an advertised parts washer and even offered to pay $ 100 extra so that I could pick it up on the weekend since I would have to drive from the valley to get it. We agreed on sale price and had arranged a pick up time — including paying extra for the Sunday pickup time. They sold it to another buyer without given me the opportunity to counter-offer on the item that was already promised to be sold to me. The only positive note is that I did not end up buying from them — if they lack the integrity to honor their word, I suspect they do not have the integrity to sell items of the quality they advertise.

I did not feel welcome here at all. I felt like I was a hassle to the staff. I previously had these guys sharpen 100 plus bits a month a few years back. I go there today, different people, different vibe. The showroom was empty and both staffers seemed very irritated an unwilling to really help me. I would have purchased $ 1200 plus today including a vertical drill gun, pack of feed screws, 2 extra batteries, 2 ladders and misc supplies if they would have shown interest. Some people actually come to buy stuff, today that was me. I won’t go back to tool tech ever again. I drove all the way to this store from the valley just to buy stuff. Never again

I was referred by another construction supplier, who couldn’t give what i needed. That was a few years ago. my shop is now in Concord, and I still go there to buy my tools, because the people there know what they are talking about, not like Home Depot, or Lowe’s. I tell anyone and everyone about this place.

Some Stuff ain’t cheap. (DeWalt adapter was uhhh over $ 15 cheaper at lowes. But the new 20V DeWalt impact wasn’t available anywhere else in town and she gave me the sale price because I’m cute. (Better price than amazon)
