5 stars to the gal working yesterday (Tues). We took our kids to eat and she was very nice and hospitable. That is how a business gets repeat customers. …good service!

I asked them to put m&m’s in my pizza and they did it. ¹⁰⁄₁₀

I ordered a pizza on a Sunday morning at 11am, the quoted time was «40 minutes»
NO the pizza took 2 full hours! And when I called asking where my pizza was they were extremely rude!!! I will never come to this place again I strongly recommend another pizza place.

I have been ordering pizza for my office from this location for several years and aside from some longer than expected delivery times I have had pretty good experiences. Today changed my opinion of this particular location (FYI– I saw a notice on the door that it appears to be under new ownership/​management so this could be the problem). First, web ordering was down, no problem. I called in and the girl I spoke with seemed completely clueless and took forever to take my order. Then she told me it would be an hour and a half for delivery– couldn’t do this as I had a hungry staff to feed– so I said I would pick it up. She told me the order would be ready in 20 minutes so I arrived 30 minutes later. When I got there I was told it would be about 15 more minutes (which ended up being 20). I explained to the manager that it was very frustrating that I was given a time to come and then my order wasn’t ready for 25 minutes after that time. All he could tell me was that they were very busy and then he offered me a free drink. Not impressed. I’ll be getting my pies for my office somewhere else from now on. Had the manager been a bit more understanding and tried to appease me with something other than a free soda, I might have given them another chance.

Really like this place! The gluten free pizza is really good (and not all that expensive for GF), and you can order online. I also like that they make the slices really thin so that the next day, you can just grab a bite or two to snack on. The artichoke hearts were really good the last time I ordered here.

It took us two hours to get our pizza in a Sunday night. We ordered at 3:15pm everyone we called to check on our order we kept getting the run around. But when it finally was delivered, the pizza and wings were hot and very good.

Totally screwed up my online order ended up getting a refund and eating somewhere else

We order delivery often and do it online. Thursday we order on line with a credit card about 530pm. At 7pm still no pizza. We called and were told the driver was in our area and would be only a couple of minutes. At 735 we called again and were told that the order was designated for pickup. We never do pickup. Very familier with the online ordering. The person we talked to last was not helpful and quite sullen. We then cancelled the order. Haven’t seen the credit on the card yet either. We normally experience much better customer service than this.

Lay off the salt! Too salty ! generally good for take out and eating at site. vvvcvvvvv

The buffet is cheap, but pizza tastes pretty bad. Doesn’t seem fresh.

The salad bar is better than most pizza places. I have had several different pizzas and I have been pleased with all of them. They have my fav beer, Sierra Nevada ale.

Really disappointed in this location. They have gotten my order wrong on numerous locations as well as taking a lot longer than what I was told. The staff were also talking crap about some customers that had just left. My family will avoid using this location from here on out.

Nice local place to pick up a good pie. Service is good, prompt and attentive. Usually order for pickup, always ready when I get there. Always have coupons for best deals.

Terrible. Just terrible. It was too stuffy. They didn’t turn on the AC or some thing to ventilate the building. The pizza took an hour. They kept saying 10 mins. Never again.

Great place for family! My kids love to run around and play on the video games. Staff is friendly. Love the inexpensive salad buffet for a healthy option. We go here often because the kids love it!

We had this pizza for the first time at an Oscars party on Sunday. I don’t know if it was because I was starving or not, but that pizza was tasty. So after a 4 am shift this morning I decided that I was not cooking dinner tonight and pizza was for dins. The online ordering was easy, it was ready in 20 mins when we got there to pick it up. The guy working the counter was nice and the pizza is decent. I personally like the veggie pizza and would order that it again. I didn’t care for the breadstick though. Overall, a good pizza, albeit a bit pricy. It hit the spot tonight.

Haven’t found a better pizza place in Livermore yet. Pretty good. Prices are high but its worth it. The pepperoni is absolutely the best.

GREAT pizza, but restaurant could use a good scrub scrub, it’s gross and dirty. One peek in the back and you’d almost not eat there, advise you take-​out only!

I love this location! the pizza are fresh and hot and they know how to make a mean pizza. Most other locations its either too much sauce or not enough. The employees were very nice and friendly. They also have the claw machines that you actually win! We wont two stuff animals with the first try!

Mountain Mike’s is one of my two go-​to pizza places in Livermore. Okay, three, but one’s a sit-​down restaurant, and I rarely think to associate pizza and leaving a tip. I’m cheap at the strangest of times.
Curling pepperoni? Yes… the clue isn’t not some factory-​created creation. Nice and crunchy in that not-​quite-​but-​pretty-​close to being bacon sort of way.
Biased because they’re around the corner from home? Not really. I’d drive for their pizza. And oddly enough, the only other one I’d do that for is, quite literally, as far across town as a place can be (without being a fire station or outlying gas station).
